[Resolved]  Pepe Jeans India — COLOR Fade

R/s Team, With regret it is to bring into your ever illusionary awareness about being good with your brand...through my story... I bought a jeans from the Pepe Jeans store at AlphaOne Mall, Ahmedabad on 17-10-14. While trying I found it cool & therefore I gave it for alterations and was asked to come day after. While re-trying in the store itself it wasn't at all left with any comfort. Upon being told the same to an employee at the store he stated "there is no problem in the jeans." Upon my much insistence he agreed to do the necessary changes and finely gave it back to me. When I wore it for the first time, strange to notice that its color started fading off and that too without even being washed a bit. Immediately I returned it back to the store representative. Upon repeatedly visiting & asking about the status of my issue; the store spokesman said that they had reported to their boss (Mr. Hetal) and it is getting late because Mr. Hetal is busy handling the grievances at Surat region. An absolute crap! On 28/10/14 and again with no call made based on our conscience this time surprisingly Mr.Hetal Makwana was there...and upon various arguments he replied that the jeans need to go for inspection for checking which will take nearly 8-10 days and the store employee would give me a call ASAP the problem is solved or any related information. As - usual with no change we received no call at all even after visiting the store for atleast 4-5times . After not getting a call till 18-11-14, I re-visited the the store where I was told that the jeans is ready. The store representative naming Mr. Pankaj upon being asked the reason that aren't you supposed to intimate the message - he replied that the Mr. Hetal said that he had spoke to you (me) & had discussed the matter. I urged I'm not here to take the jeans which is wrong-altered & looses its color - upon which Mr. Pankaj said that since the jeans is made of indigo fabric it will fade for max. 2-3 then nothing will happen. WHO ARE YOU MAKING STUPID? Boss, are you all fool? Aren't you supposed to inform or write off above your soft tag where you profoundly use the brand name, size & prize? I outrageously asked Mr. Pankaj to call Mr. Hetal and he couldn't connect. Then he said that Mr. Hetal said he had discussed the same with us & it is settled. A complete non-sense - I never had a word right after raising the issue from any spokesman related to Pepe Jeans, ever! I purchased the jeans for Rs.2600 and not being able to wear even for once, where as making me run for more than a month. I upfrontly demand for a refund on my jeans and expense related for the number of times I had to visit the store. Or I take you all to the customer forum. For your knowledge I am too working with the leading apparel brand in the world of retail, I know how to settle you off. And better you quit playing with the emotions of people who mistakenly valued your brand. I give you a deadline of one full week from now and you better emulate & do the asked.
