Peppertap — Non delivery in time and harassment | |||||
I placed a order for some produccts at around 2 this afternoon which was scheduled to be delivered to me by 2 hours but i did not get the delivery and i kept on calling the service desk who assured me of delivring the product by all means til 6 pm then by 8 n finally they assured me of 10 pm but finally some guy calls and tells we dont have stock what is that means the customer is harrased for 6 hours and then u say after so many calls not available and the excuses i reccived as message were that our person is unable to locate you the order no was 1377983 order was in name of dewaki nandan agarwal please look into the issue as soon as possible and i want to have a claim of my harrasment my no is [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||||
