On 23rd March I had visited Alamgir Gurudwara in ludhiana Punjab and I had bought Moutain dew from Aman Canteen situated at Gurudwara campus. Retailer charged me Rs 40 for the pet bottle where as the MRP of the product was Rs 30. When I asked for the reason the lady owner started shouting.

Hi sir this "RAMESH" owner of "SANDHYA general store" from kurnool
Our disturer agency is "SLV agency"
They are not taking empty 200ml (pepsi, 7up) glass bottles and empty cases.
Even they are not sending stock to me
Now they are asking they will take up refrigerator back
I asked take glass bottles and plastic Case's but they are not responding and saying they will not take it
Pls slove it

We are “Food Zone” at Baraibur Varanasi 221006. We know very well about “Pepsico” goodwill, so we decided to sell your product. We ordered basic range of your product for initial start but having very bad experience. First of all your distributer is giving Raw bills and they cheated us by giving wrong product rate. Like pepsi 250 ml, Dew 250 ml & Sting 250 ml having same rate i.e 576 for one Unit. They are making fools who trust to your brand and selling it for getting something but your distributers are taking all profit.
It seems these type of distributers are big black spot to your brand. Expecting after knowing this you will take suitable action for this.

I would request the Pepsi manger or authority to take back the expired and can replace the same with new cool drinks . If accepted with less amount as of supplied also I have no issues. Hope u take back and supply the new ones instead of it. Amid it happened before and during covid surge. I cooler provided by your company is still in use in our shop . As fast as the old stock of expiry is cleared the further marketing can be continued. If the complaint is ignored, I would further contact the higher officer . I purchased bottle of neemboz soda which is of pepsico company and it contains dirt which can be seen by naked eyes bottle is not expired and is still packed. I was a threat to my life if I would have drink that. Because the dirt is in high amount.

This to inform you that from last June/July month we are buying your products continuesly and we are trying to contact with the company area supervisior Mr. Suraj since then. We didn't get any response from him. In the last month on 26th of february he came and assure us to give a fridge within 10/15 days. He have our rs.100 and rs.10, 000 cheque with him. We dont have any idea where those cheque is going. And we bought company products amount of rs.13, 324 next day he came to us which is 27th of february. But till now we didn't get the fridge and didn't get any info too. And now when we trying to contact with him regarding the fridge he said if we want the fridge immediately we have to pay rs.3000 in cash. So we dont want to give him any cash and we dont want to keep your products with us. Please bring us back the signatured cheques and we want to return all the products. Thanking you

Non cooperation of area sales person Virendra Yadav (C.P.Tank Road, Charni Road. Mumbai) . I have started selling PepsiCo products since November 2020, your sales person have dumped the goods worth Rs 10k with commitment of exchange if the goods are unsold .. now that I am nearing expiry date of products. He is non supportive to exchange the good also multiple reminder was given to him.
Due to this he has not visited for new order since more than 1 month. Appreciate if some senior person can resolve this query.

DATE OF THE INCIDENT - 13 MARCH 2021

This is Aditya Sahare from Raipur, I happen to operate a Cafeteria in Raipur and have ordered a Pepsi Refrigerator. It's been 20 days and we haven't received it and I called the Sales Executive named Sheikh Shadab who wasn't picking up my call because my number was saved on his phone. I called the Executive today from a different number for an update on the matter and he started talking roughly and using slangs and he told me I don't wish to give an update to you, I told him I might complain for his behavior and he told me to complain wherever you want I won't give you the fridge no matter what.

I wanted Pepsi because people said the services are much better than others, but now I am doubting everything that's been said about you. Please resolve this issue ASAP and send us a fridge as we need a refrigerator soon and take care of the executive because i don't think that he make you guys look good and cool.
I hope you guys will look into it
