Today, I bought 3 packets o[censored]ncle chips of 20rs each having thought of the good taste of potato chips but rather I got rotten potato chips inside the packets.How could you pack these rotten chips inside the packests just tobmake money out of it? I'm really disappointed with this quality of food.This may happen with anyone so I request you to look after this.

    Dear sir
    This is to inform you, i am the owner of sai guru restaurant located in patel nagar, new delhi. I am running this restaurant from 10 years and i am using only pepsi brand since from so long, we already raised ticket in oct 6 regarding same reason but no action can be taken by any one now we again found one more bottle under new stock with same problem. You have to visit our resturant then we provide you more detail about this. We bought some stock of pepsi from local supplier of pepsi. When we served some bottle to our restaurant customer. They found more than one bottle have some kind of dirt inside. Then we checked all bottle than we also found one sealed bottle and that bottle have dirt inside. That customer shouting on us very badly. So please look into this matter very seriously and take some action other wise i appeal this matter to consumer court. This is second time we got same problem. Please visit out resturant other i have to quit your brand.

      I brought a packet of kurkure of rs20 in the market. Because of the offer given by kurkure that if rs20 cashback in paytm but when i tried to redeemed it. It was not completed and mentioned that the code was already used. Which i didnot use. So kindly check the fault and try to give me the cashback amount in my paytm account. And also u can check my paytm account that i have not redeemed that code.

      I brought a 10rs kurkure packet because of the offer given by the kurkure and I redeemed it and i got the message that 10rs are added to my paytm account but when I open Paytm I didn't get any money of kurkure cash back.So kindly check the fault and try to give me the cashback amount in my paytm account.

      Today I purchased a packet of kurkure masala munch. I saw the offer that is paytm cash back. But when I entered code they saying EITHER OFFER INACTIVE OR EXPIRED. This is second time. Day before yesterday was also same situation that I had now.

        I was sold a expired pepsi beverage but after returning the product the shopkeeper didn't accept it.
        On asking him to complain to his Dealer, he says he can't and I should do whatever I can.
        Further being a local shp he didn't even give me a bill for the above product.
        But I do have a photo copy of the above Product.
        And the day I bought this product was 21/11/2019.

        I bought 20 rupees uncle chips packet, got bad qaulity chips which couldnt be eating.
        It look unhealthy and unhygienic production for the good, it is not acceptable manufacturing such items, what if the person in taking the product gets disease.

        I bought a packet of Kurkure and got two pieces of stone in it. I have those pieces with me itself. Thank god i didn't eat it otherwise it would have created a lot of problem for me. I emailed them but i didn't get a proper response from their side.

          While eating lays, I was about to swallow a big stone. this is really unacceptable from a big brand like you. Do you seriously check your product. The stone was really big and if some kid would have eaten that, imagine what would have happened. Worst experience ever. Now I realized this after eating half of the packet and now it's really disgusting.

            I own a super market named SRI RANGA COST PRICE SHOP in trichy, tamilnadu. As you are aware of the fact that Pepsi is one of the leading brand people come asking for in a super market. But lately because of the political climate and the people sentiments of tamilnadu people has made the the leading cola brands like coke a cola and yourself to shed up to 80% of the market in our state. After that it was a huge task to reinstate the brand and develop the same.

            I wonder if it is the inefficiency of the distributors you appoint or the inefficiency of the pepsi co itself the distributors are been changed once in three months (most of time no distributors), i have no issues on that unless i get the stock regularly. Its common in business that some of the products will not sell as expected and that has to be returned to the supplier (General Rule). But in trichy we are not getting stock regularly and when we track the distributor and place an order the product we get will be the product that expires the same month and eventually the product will expire in a week or two.

            The return policy of Pepsico will be like that of a choor bazar - pirated VCD vendor - goods once sold cannot be taken back. The distributor who signs the dealership thinks that he is a separate company that does not deal with the pepsi co and has his own stock return policy ie never take return and he approves that pepsico never take return. If that is so please give it in writing or reply in this same mail that pepsi co does not have a return policy or will never take return.

            Yesterday i receive stocks that expire on 02/10/2019. How do you expect us to sell all the products in 20 days. The sales officer behaves like a local tobacco vendor who sells beedi and provides a bill like one with no GST, the will be like a quotation. I use to wonder why pepsi co had a down fall since 2015 and i thought it was unfair that the TN politics has taken toll on cola companies. Now i feel it is well deserved defeat for pepsi co.

            I have a return product worth Rs. 712 which is lying with me for over 6 months and have been calling ever changing distributors for the return of the products, tell me a solution for this

            Same situation i have. I purchased stock in huge quantity before lockdown imposed in April 2021. But when unlocking started in June 2021 almost stock is expired. I called at customer care they said we don't have return policy please contact your local distributor. Local distributor was denying from starting. Please solve my problem.

              if you will not resolve such issues then i'll return my rest of 5 Packets.

                Myself ramchandra. D. Gaundalkar. This complaint is regarding the stock that your distributor (Tejasvi enterprises, old good shed road, belgaum, karnataka) is still not fulfilling. We have already given order of 2 crates of lehar soda, 10 days before. And i had called your sales representative from belgaum (Mr basavaraj) so many times they are just giving excuses. This is the second time we are sending you the complaint. This thing has happened 2 - 3 times, and the distance from our house and the distributor is less then 1 km. And the duty of distributor is to deliver the stock, from so many days we are bringing the crates from the distributor by our vehicle. Please do the needful asap or convey this order to another distributor.

                  I have recently bought a tropicana 100 orange - 1 litre from the more store near my home. The taste of the product was so bitter just as if rotten orange is used for production. Kindly take back the pack.

                  This has reference to the ongoing paytm promo code scheme on kurkure
                  Packets.

                  On 8th of november, i had bought a packet of kurkure and the upon redeeming the paytm code mentioned inside the packet "dmwhk3jv94aec" was showing as an invalid code.

                  This is a serious breach of trust from pepsico/paytm and consumers. I would definitely not be buying any pepsico product anymore.

                      Someone seems to have found a way to tamper with pepsi without breaking the seal provided. Taste of the product felt suspicious on many occasions. The seal of bottle cap opens along with the cap without any effort making it vulnerable to adulteration i request you to check the product being sold in/near our region.

                        As a loyal consumer i would like to inform you that the quality o[censored]ncle chips is very poor as they are not capable of eating.
                        I was assured the goods would be fresh but they were spoiled. I am enclosing a photo as well as the delivery receipt.
                        I would like you to look into this matter, and either refund my purchase, or send out another supply.
                        This will also spoil the goodwill of your company...

                          Sir I bought a lays American style cream & onion flavour potato chips of ₹ 5 I found a brownish hard substance in it I was just about to eat it but I saw it . I am very disappointed with your service and pls look after this serious issue.

                            tropicana juice - inside seal broken

                            I bought a tropicana 1ltr 100% juice in panjim goa, and the seal inside the pack is broken. The cap is sealed properly. After returning the juice back to the store i saw 2 more tropicana packs to have the same issue. I was forced to buy it because the store wouldn't take it back anymore and claimed that this is how all the juices are.

                            I find it hard to believe that. What do you have to say about this?...

                            Sir I bought a lays American style cream & onion flavour potato chips of ₹ 5 I found a brownish hard substance in it I was just about to eat it but I saw it . I am very disappointed with your service and pls look after this serious issue.

                              This is to bring in your kind attention that i purchased a packet o[censored]ncle chips today. (20 rs. Packet, green one)
                              Pictures are attached herewith.
                              I could not even help myself from sending it across to you so that necessary action be taken asap. And sharing it with other regulatory bodies.
                              What i found was literally shocking. I could not believe my eyes at. First found the taste of the chips quite odd and i had the feeling of chewing something rubbery/chewing gum.
                              After 3-4 chips, what i found was that a green substance was there on 1 chip. Its looking kind of rubber. I can not find the word what is it in actual.
                              It's too hard to imagine for me its a pepsico brand. I think the first-ever thing like this happened in life. Matter of shame. Such quality standards. I do not even know how dangerous could it have been to eat that particular piece. I still have that complete packet with me for you to get it checked out in case you need the same.
                              Sorry to say but its a disgrace. This is not done. I am still struggling to find an apt word for the case. Should i use rotten, infected, substandard, expired, bad? What should i use, its the worst case!
                              I am also attaching the relevant details in the images below.

                              Please do the needful asap and keep me posted.

                                This complaint is in regards with the stock which the distributor is not fullfilling.
                                Hence we have already given order 10 days earlier to our seasonal business and they are not even responding to our calls. Hence request you to please do the needful asap.

                                I have tried myltiple times to contact on the mentioned toll free number but bad luck.
