      We bought the tropicana slice and when we poured the juice into the glass, we found some black unknown thing in the juice. We are really scared and thankful to god to save us. Attaching the pictures of the bottle and the issue. I have lost trust on all packed juices and eatables now.
      A strong action needs to be takes on pepsi co for such a careless attitude on quality.

        I purchased 20 packet of lays (10 orange and 10 green). The price of orange lays was 18₹ with manufacturing date of 12th march whereas 10 green packet price was 10₹ and the manufacturing date was 17th march. So y the price of same product varies? Whereas 10₹ product is giving more gram lays

          But the rate is -650/- i ask to your dealer why are charging extra amount then he say company increase rate.

          Kindly tell me that company increasing rate in lock down?

            This is a complain about "kurkure herapheri hungama" product. (During corona pandemic
            Lockdown)
            I purchased it recently 3 to 4 times. Every time, i found the the date of manufacture was erased. After much searching, it was found that the product was expired. Please stop selling these bunch of kurkure which is very harmful for public.

                I bought 5 tropicana juices the paper seal of 3 packed which i used are broken... Rest 2 are with me. Actual price is 110 they are selling it @58
                So the inner paper seal is broken and food is not safe.
                Please take a action and send a team for quality check
                That’s why they are selling it cheap now i want you to do a quality test of i need to file a complaint against that.. Please make sure they are not playing with people life.

                  I am the owner of trinath bhander a sole trader near garia station, kolkata area. Despite of trading with your company for last 10 years for chips and other wafers but still not received any rack for chips, whereas i store chips from small to large size priced rs 50. My recent distributor name is jmr associated, address:-basdroni, 100, basdroni park, fla;24 pargonas (South), contact number: +91 [protected]. The salesman name is srikanta. The distributor just denied the fact and they didn't wanted to do anything about the chips rack.

                  So it will be my humble request please accept my proposal and please grant me a large size chips rack for storing the chips and enhance the visibility then i will be highly obeliged. Thanking you

                    I suresh gupta running confectionery shop in delhi from last 25 years also old pepsi product trader, using pepsico refrigerator from last 15 years but from last 2 years refrigerator not working properly, again and again i registered the complaint regarding my issue, service man reached within 4-7 days & carry out some service but colling not reached upto the mark. From last 1 year i already registered around 12 complaints. Due to delay & obsolete refrigerator my sales influence.
                    As we know summer is on the way, cold drink beverages demand further increased day by day so it's kind request please exchange old with new double door fridge as early as possible

My association with pepsi is for last 25 years and i started my business with support from pepsi service manager mr. Ashok mari

                      But sorry to state that people have changed & despite several reminders and running pillar to post, i 75 year old man was not provided fridge by pepsi distributor for last 8 months.

                      With no fridge there was no way to stock pepsi products directly loosing business and even after several requests.

                      Atlast i was given a fridge which is not in service condition (Not working).

                      I will request pepsi service manager to look into the complaints and save me from further harassment and loss in business.

                        I bought a pack o[censored]ncle chips spicy treat. Upon returning home i opened it and saw it was bland (Not usual). So i tried one, then i realized there was not a tinch of spice present in the pack as well as the chips. There was only one seasoning and that's salt, no other type of spice.

                            I bought chips and while eating i realized some things else got in my mouth. While checking i realised something mixed with chips. Since then i started feeling pukish and disgusting. I have kept the left over along with the bill.
                            It is very shocking and i feel i have been feeding my family with such toxicated and n tbup to the mark products. I want to go to the proper channel and get the food product tested.
                            If it is not eatable then i want this brand to be banned.

                                This is to inform you, i am the owner of sai guru restaurant located in patel nagar, new delhi. I am running this restaurant from 10 years and i am using only pepsi brand since from so long, we already raised ticket in oct 6 regarding same reason but no action can be taken by any one now we again found one more bottle under new stock with same problem. You have to visit our resturant then we provide you more detail about this. We bought some stock of pepsi from local supplier of pepsi. When we served some bottle to our restaurant customer. They found more than one bottle have some kind of dirt inside. Then we checked all bottle than we also found one sealed bottle and that bottle have dirt inside. That customer shouting on us very badly. So please look into this matter very seriously and take some action other wise i appeal this matter to consumer court. This is second time we got same problem. Please visit out resturant other i have to quit your brand.

                                  I brought a 10rs kurkure packet because of the offer given by the kurkure and I redeemed it and i got the message that 10rs are added to my paytm account but when I open Paytm I didn't get any money of kurkure cash back.So kindly check the fault and try to give me the cashback amount in my paytm account.

                                    On asking him to complain to his Dealer, he says he can't and I should do whatever I can.
                                    Further being a local shp he didn't even give me a bill for the above product.
                                    But I do have a photo copy of the above Product.
                                    And the day I bought this product was 21/11/2019.

                                    I bought 20 rupees uncle chips packet, got bad qaulity chips which couldnt be eating.
                                    It look unhealthy and unhygienic production for the good, it is not acceptable manufacturing such items, what if the person in taking the product gets disease.

                                    I bought a packet of Kurkure and got two pieces of stone in it. I have those pieces with me itself. Thank god i didn't eat it otherwise it would have created a lot of problem for me. I emailed them but i didn't get a proper response from their side.

                                      While eating lays, I was about to swallow a big stone. this is really unacceptable from a big brand like you. Do you seriously check your product. The stone was really big and if some kid would have eaten that, imagine what would have happened. Worst experience ever. Now I realized this after eating half of the packet and now it's really disgusting.

                                        I own a super market named SRI RANGA COST PRICE SHOP in trichy, tamilnadu. As you are aware of the fact that Pepsi is one of the leading brand people come asking for in a super market. But lately because of the political climate and the people sentiments of tamilnadu people has made the the leading cola brands like coke a cola and yourself to shed up to 80% of the market in our state. After that it was a huge task to reinstate the brand and develop the same.

                                        I wonder if it is the inefficiency of the distributors you appoint or the inefficiency of the pepsi co itself the distributors are been changed once in three months (most of time no distributors), i have no issues on that unless i get the stock regularly. Its common in business that some of the products will not sell as expected and that has to be returned to the supplier (General Rule). But in trichy we are not getting stock regularly and when we track the distributor and place an order the product we get will be the product that expires the same month and eventually the product will expire in a week or two.

                                        The return policy of Pepsico will be like that of a choor bazar - pirated VCD vendor - goods once sold cannot be taken back. The distributor who signs the dealership thinks that he is a separate company that does not deal with the pepsi co and has his own stock return policy ie never take return and he approves that pepsico never take return. If that is so please give it in writing or reply in this same mail that pepsi co does not have a return policy or will never take return.

                                        Yesterday i receive stocks that expire on 02/10/2019. How do you expect us to sell all the products in 20 days. The sales officer behaves like a local tobacco vendor who sells beedi and provides a bill like one with no GST, the will be like a quotation. I use to wonder why pepsi co had a down fall since 2015 and i thought it was unfair that the TN politics has taken toll on cola companies. Now i feel it is well deserved defeat for pepsi co.

                                        I have a return product worth Rs. 712 which is lying with me for over 6 months and have been calling ever changing distributors for the return of the products, tell me a solution for this

                                        Same situation i have. I purchased stock in huge quantity before lockdown imposed in April 2021. But when unlocking started in June 2021 almost stock is expired. I called at customer care they said we don't have return policy please contact your local distributor. Local distributor was denying from starting. Please solve my problem.
