Dear sir,
I am extremely very disappointed about distribution/distributor of beverages!!
As an international product, i don't want to come bad name because of few nonsense people. I respect company.
My shop located at mysore, dattagalli, karnataka 'sri krishna stationery'.
Please find the below problems i am facing!!
Firstly, not getting in time;
Secondly, i am not been replaced with expired drink/bottle /tetra pack!!?
I was working with md, at mumbai office, please give priority to take action asap, i am very seriously looking for resolving my problem., it's been happening quiet some time!!
Tropicana – please your service becoming worst, please send your executive.

    Dear sir/mam,
    I am owning a shop in ali miyan colony, dist raebareli. I want to inform you that i have ordered a 2 and 1 l dew pack few days back which they supply us in 4-5 days. Now, i have ordered tropicana juice apple flavour tetra pack on 4th of this month but the order is still pending. As far as the behaviour of your staff is concerned, mr. Sadiq has come to my shop for taking orders and supplies. But his behaviour is pathetic. I have called him nearly 3-4 times a day for many days, but he is not picking the call nor replying back. Instead the driver izhar receiving the call and ordering him to do the supply.
    These peoples have supplied me expired sting and pepsi few months back when their agency was going to be closed. Now, no taking back.
    Not a single person have come here to take orders in the past 20 days. They often complain that you have to call us by 10am else you will not receive the products on that day.

    Dear sir/mam, please have a look at this situation.

      I have a shop in clement town dehradun Sometime back I took goods from Astitva traders the distributor of pepsi which is situated within 100 mtrs from my shop but not responding to pick the empty glass bottles crates

        Till now no body resolve the issue .. please

          We are having a supermarket in nagapattinam, tamilnadu and we have been dealing pepsico products for the past one year. There were no proper franchisee/ distributor for nagapatinam town region and the order was taken by pepsi co sales rep itself and the supply was provided by them. The stock supplied was 30 to 45 days old since the shelf life is three months only the product got expired. During the near expiry we informed the sales rep regarding the same. But he told that they would replace the same by peak season of april. More over there was no cooler supplied by pepsi co and hence we were using others cooler to serve the product. So we was wait with nearly a period of three months. The we communicate with the sales officer nagapattinam and he informed us that pepsico dont have any expiry return policy. It was horrible to came to know that there is no expiry return policy with multinational company. Even a local suppliers have a return policy and the pepsi co persons are literally bluffing to sell his product with us. We expect a near remedy for the compliant please.

          Bought a new 2L Pepsi bottle and it turned out nothing but simple sweet water with no fizz or taste at all. Really disappointed by the quality degrade by Pepsi.

            I’m very disappointed with your product “slice” which i purchased from a shop near katra railway station, jammu & kashmir on 10 feb 2019. I bought two bottles of 350 ml slice costing rs. 20 each and the packaging date of both bottles was 03 jan 2019, 14:25 having batch no. B: 5337g03a19. When we sipped first bottle, we felt some kind of different taste not similar to that taste of slice. We thought it was our misconception but when we shook the second bottle we saw some foreign particles and dead insects like objects floating in bottle. The image of that bottle is attached here as proof.

            It makes a big question mark on quality of your product and gives the cheated feeling to me as consumer. I believe that it happened with full batch of this product and who will be responsible for any risk caused to consumers.

            Looking for positive response from you in this regard otherwise i have to go to consumer court with evidence to resolve the same.

            PepsiCo executive Mr. Manjeet Singh visited my place on 12 March 2019. I showed him the defective product bottle containing foreign particles and dead insects like objects floating inside. He showed his agreement in line of our complaint and promised to take up the issue with higher authorities to resolve at earliest. Since I didn't get any response till now, it seems that PEPSI CO is not interested in resolution. it seems PepsiCo has no interest in its consumer health. There is no reply for their ill product.

            I mailed all the issue to PepsiCo complaint forum on their USA site with PepsiCo India as well but no reply from both of them till now. What a company with pathetic consumer support.

              We had a refrigerator provided by pepsi co. It was taken back by the company by assuring that new machine will be provided soon. We have not received it yet. All the required documents and cheques were submitted. We have been asked to submit the documents twice in 4 years and still we are waiting for the refrigerator. Cheques had been already cleared and cashed in favour of pepsi distributor, but still nothing. Our business has suffered a lot because of above. No one is co operating. Complaint already filed with the customer helpline, all details have been provided along with the cheque numbers, dealer details, etc but not resolved yet.

                PEPSI REFIGERATOR - DOCUMENTS SUBMITTED WAITING SINCE 4 YEARS

                  I am jayan of devi hotel, pappanamcode trivandrum, one of the top sellers of your pepsi cool drinks in trivandrum city. I am a member of your blue club where i am rewarded for selling a large number of your cool drinks to my hotel customers.
                  My supplier/dealer m/s. Parameswar agencies who supply me your product suddenly announced that the blue club scheme is closed and i am not eligible for any gifts.
                  Last week another salesman visited me and informed me that the blue club scheme is still on and the gifts meant for me has been taken by some middle man in between. Also for the past 1 week, the salesman who regularly comes to take orders from my hotel stopped visiting my hotel. So for the past 1 week there is no supply of pepsi products in my hotel!!
                  This is a really sorry state of affairs from a multinational company!!! I request someone to do the needful and restore the status quo at the earliest

                      I am small retailshop owner and i have been selling your softdrinks in our shop. Recently some of your products got expired and asked the office staffs to replace the same. They refused the same and treat me very badly. I many times tried to contact the owner but he didn't pick the phone. I sent all details to him through whatsapp. Even he not respond. I also registered the complaint consumer complaint in pepsico. Even crossed morethan 10 days no response from their end.
                      Kindly take necessay action in this regard.

Before 15 days ago distributor told me that my freeze has arrived to chandausi. He is demanding for 10 thousand rupees for freeze.                         I bought a lays pack worth of 35 rupees. The pack was sealed properly . But I found a entirely burned piece of potato which questions the quality of the product. It looks like it was overcooked and lacks hygiene. Hope you corporation will respond for this

                          I have my newly started hotel near Pune Corporation. My complent against Pepsi distributor I don't know his name but I have his number [protected]. His service is very bad and his behavior with me so bad. I said him I am your customer give me good service I will give you good sale but his service are so bad he is not answering my calls. So I don't want any products of Pepsi.
                          So Pepsi company please contact me as soon as possible If Realy nead a good customers.

                          Hi there there is a lady called ashwini who looks after PepsiCo sales for magarpatta pune, I had a word with her for tower fridge to keep the material for my upcoming 3 new outlets inside an IT company on 16 September she agreed that she will talk to company and fridge should not b a problem today on 17 september when I called her to take her details as we were suppose to go and see the outlet she was rude to me and telling go and talk to distributor or tumhara chhar baat baar baar sunana pad raha hai while I was just humble in asking that h led whole day pass by if I was suppose to talk to distributor u could have told me in morning to which she replied tumne abhi ph kiya hai what attitude is that highly rude and uncivilized lady she is

                              Hello I'm Rafiq from belgaum I went to shop in local market to buy Pepsi and shop keeper gave me glass bottle after opening it, when I drunk it that was like vommiting to me later I saw there was something like charcoal in it and I began to quarrel with the shopkeeper and saw it was out of date (date bar) then the shop keeper gave me the dealers number I have spoken to the dealer noorahmed contact number ( **********) and another dealer Mahesh (**********) I have spoken to the both dealers and they are saying you speak to the coustmer care. When I said I will complain to the health department they said you can because we are not responsible for this and i have their call recording and proof expired Pepsi bottle.you are openly selling the date bar product's I have everyones call recording as proof .no one is taking the responsibility.are we foolish to buy your damaged products please reply what to do now .after I returned to home I got vommiting .say now what shall I do should I case on you or what I have everything proof in my hand reply me soon.other wise I'll go to health department and complaint case on you.i am attaching photo of the bottle and retailer bill.

                                I had purchased this lays packet on[protected]. It’s a spanish tomato tango flavour lays. We had opened it to consume, on[protected] when we found out chunks or pieces of what looks like the masala. As any other lays consumer we were expecting a normal packet of chips. We have never encountered any such ingredient before from the chips packets till now. We are very dissatisfied with the quality of our purchase.

                                      This is to inform you that i brought a 200ml bottle of 7up cold drink to have in my office, before opening the bottle by luck i have noticed something very unusual about the drink. As i closely saw i noticed dead ants inside the sealed bottle. If i would have had it with seeing and if something would have happened to me then who would have been responsible for the accident. Usually we never check these things. Please take care of the issue.
