Hi, i am puneet and i own a shop (Shiv kripa juice corner, jubilee chowk, gorakhpur, uttar pradesh). The fridge provided here by pepsi company (Asset no. U. P 60658) is not working from last 1 month. When i registered complaint for that about 1 month ago they told me that compressor is damaged and needs to be changed and it will take around 1 month to fix the issue as the compressor was unavailable that time. Now after a month they closed...

Our fridge was not cooling properly... I.. Register complaint 3 times tr is no response...
We are... Pepsi customer from many years. Our transaction with pepsico around60000 per month... But wn i asking customer care.. Why u dont response our complaint.. He is.. Telling that... The technician arvind rejecting the complaint.. Because they are not transacting properly......

Pepsico India — packet without any manufactured date batch no net quantity market price" my last complaint. according to my previous complaint i'm share all details of related problems with my alternate no. and mail to easily contact me...but pepsico company ignore my problems that point is response by pepsico..
and i'm 5+ time contact to customer care there always told me sir please wait...

Its a pepsi freeze is not providing cooling from last four months. We have done complaint telephonically atleast 20 times but no response we got till now which is giving us a bad impression of your services that u provides. We want you to look to the complaint seriously and do the necessary action immediately so that the item could be of worth useful.
Even isr of our area is not capable and not doing anything.

My small brother bought few packets of kurkure (From chomu market and i have seen the back side of the packet without any manufactured date batch no net quantity market price your company is very prestigious company) and come to home when i'm see of mafd. Date is sep 17 according, mfd. All packet are expiry. After than he go and return of products than again shopkeeper give same product. But that all packets are some different all packet...

I bought the kurkure packet from vending machine and in it only air was filled nothing inside it. I also contacted the pepsico for the same but no satisfactory reply came. I have kept the empty packet with me. Kindly look into it.
Pepsico claim that they have multiple quality check points with iso 9001:2008 and iso 22000:2005 and if these kinds of issues are coming then there is definetly some loophole....

Dear sir
Last week we bought your product tropicana orange flavour from a shopping mall. There was only one date 03/12/17. We dont know if it is expiry or mfg dt.
The product tasted very bad and smell. Wasting rs.90/- is one thing. We bought a very bad quality food product which does not show the expiry date explicitly is very disappointing.
These are another classic example how people in india are...

Today i had consumed a 200ml mountain dew at a local restaurant in chennai named hotel murugan, beside dominos pizza, kelambakkam, chennai.

After my meal he charged me ₹15/- for that beverage which he himself claimed as ₹14/- and the excess charge is for refrigerator.

When i checked on your website https://pepsi.in/pricing.html it's mentioned ₹8/- so please kindly take action on the hotel. Particulars...

He never ever picks the phone.. He had made false promises that he will come and supply the goods and take documents for the fridge purpose..
Every one drinks pepsi and other cold drinks here but it's such a bad service... I want to complain about vinod..br...

I have my bakery shop in dattanagar chowk katraj pune. My bakery starts on 15 th june 2017 from the month of july 2017 i am calling your distributor mr konde for your products and to give me fridge. He is not responding to us at all. He only says that you will get fridge in 10 days 15 days but after 5 months complaint he is not giving us fridge. He also give fridge to my neighbor 10 days ago but not responding to me.

Shopkeepers in our locality charges us 5 to 10 rs extra as they say it is extra charge for cooling the beverage. Fews shops like shimla coldrinks and good luck restaurant charge more than 5 rs for small bottles and more than 10 rs for bottles more than 500ml.
Even they dont give us bill with gst...
Even extraa penny is going directly in thier pocket....

It is being 4 years now that ur agency is not providing us the refrigerator and distributing fridge to nearby outlets all new outlets have been provided by the fridge within one week of there opening
And i am selling pepsi at a very good sales
But ur sales staff do not want me to get the sales up

I have purchased a kurkure packet in bangalore with having batch n2061017 where in mfd: 06-oct-2017 and found it totally bitter in taste. After having this i am feeling like puking and to verify that i gave it to my friend. I have kept this packet with me now and fileing a complaint to here.
