Hello.

O this is t inform you that i received something unusual & disturbing from quaker oats pack.

I bought ur product on last monday 19th march from reliance super market at oberon mall cochin... We found a piece of insect waste inside the packet and i have also attached the photo of the same...
Myself being a working professional and bachelor, people like us depends on your product.

And infomed the same to pepsico team, also i got call back cc said that she will send a complimentary oats pack in to may addess. I received 8 lays packets, how its would match? I bought the same rs 199 i got compliamntary of rs 80 if oats i dont have any issue,, ist compltely difrent product

      We are selling your product from last 20 years but I have a complaint about your product (BIB) which we received regularly in our restaurant.your BIB has 90 days of self life but your staff is delivered us the BIB which is manufactured in 16 May 2017 and they delivered us in APRIL 2018. this is not the 1st time its happening again & again.
      I have requested for a new refrigerator but no action has been taken so please complete my request

        Last 3 months I didn't get a sache packet's of Gatorade pls take a complaint
        I Found a White substance inside the mountain dew bottle while I was drinking it. I didn't expect it !
        It could be very dangerous I for me if I had to consume it. It could be poisonous.
        I have kept the sample with me and I want strict actions to be taken as soon as possible.

          Hello
          Today around 2:20 am, at vadodara central bus station i drink a bottle of a pepsi and when it was about to finish i felt something in my mouth. So i spit it out and found a dead cockroach inside my mouth and i did complain to shopkeeper. I want to know why it's happened and how.
          I need my 14 rupee of that pepsi and good explanation of that, so that i can feel satisfied and i don't want to put this situation on social networks.

They didn't ask about any money for uniform or other. But when i go through pepsico official website there is no recruitment in carrer section.               Babu fast food of adabari (Near cec adabari), guwahati, assam took rs 40 for a mountain dew bottle where as the mrp is rs 35. They charged me extra rs 5 as freezing charge. I would like to request the concerned authorities to take action against these frauds who are trying to put a bad image to the brand name.
              I am very thankful to have a platform to share customer's views and complaint directly to the company.

                Hello sir/mam,
                My name is pulkit pathak owner of chef at home bakery shop in agra uttar pradesh and your valuable customer n retailer of exclusive pepsi beverages. It's been 5 years that i m selling pepsi products at the most posh area of agra city and my pepsi distributor name is divya enterprises by whom i purchase pepsi products. It's been very sorry to say that day by day the quality of glass bottles, it's cleanliness, hygiene etc. Is deteriorating. Glass bottles are never clean, distributors provide them to retailers in a filthy condition, full of dirt and if we complaint then the reply comes that "bottles are kept outside in the open". Pepsico is such a reputed brand and such carelessly and laziness is not expected by their distributors as it's the matter of company brand image and customers health. Many times i have found rust near the bottle cap area and even lemon seeds inside the glass bottles.
                I think the company should look into the matter seriously.

                  Today I have visited in new Madhura cake shop for regarding purchase soft drink. Then I have purchase Tropicana Slice bottle 600 ml. Actual product MRP is 37 Rs but shop keeper sale now above product on 40 Rs. When I asking why you demanding 40 Rs hence product MRP is 37 Rs.but he does not give me proper answer.                       Attached pic is miranda 250 ml bottle which is contaminated from inside. Some dirt was stick inside the bottle. When highlighted to the distributor he said to raise the complaint on no provided on the same bottle.

                      That's it the reaction provided by the distributor.
                      I'd pepsi placing with health of general public, and don't care of any issues.

                      The distributor didn't even provided any sympathy even or apologize for the issue.

                      He said it manufacturer problem and contact them on complaints nos provided on the bottle.

                        Hi, i am puneet and i own a shop (Shiv kripa juice corner, jubilee chowk, gorakhpur, uttar pradesh). The fridge provided here by pepsi company (Asset no. U. P 60658) is not working from last 1 month. When i registered complaint for that about 1 month ago they told me that compressor is damaged and needs to be changed and it will take around 1 month to fix the issue as the compressor was unavailable that time. Now after a month they closed the ticket saying there is some wiring problem. So, i again registered the complaint after which some guy came and told me that it will again take 7 to 10 days to fix it and asked me to share the satisfaction code when i told him that i am not going to share any satisfactoon code till the issue is fixed he threatened me that if i will not share the satisfaction code he will delay the process. The guy was from varun beverages limited. Please solve the issue.

                        I’m so so much time request to replace the machine but they don’t any thing
                        I received a mail, you are selected for supervisor your salary will be 21000 for. Monthly and 300 for travel expenses for intially you pay 1670 for uniform and gate pass charge. After i send it. They not send any mail till 15 days. Please help me pepsi. Dont encourage tis fraud company. Make them to punish.

                            Hi team,

                            I am not sure if everyone in pepsi sector 41, noida has left the job however i thought it is of no use anymore to contact these guys again as they have been trying to fool us as merchant after making false commitments. We have been regular merchant for pepsi since years and worked with nitin agarwal and couple other folks earlier really well however working with anunya this time has been a nightmare unlike previous events which went smooth. We ordered stock for an event and there was some stock delivered which was not ordered with commitment that same shall be picked up back after the event & then stock which was not utilised due to less footfall and i have personally spoken to anunya chaudhary & raghavendra both of whom agreed and committed to refresh or pick up stock and re-distribute under good relationships as we do not have too much consumption in our direct stores and stock was prone to expire if not taken care off at earliest. Basis there commitment, i even had all the distributed stock reconcilled at our noida sector 41 location from greater noida and other outlets of our however teams came at least 10 times, checked stock and left commiting that they will pick up next day in new vehicle which is still not done and now we have so much stock pilled up in our base kitchen occupying space and no longer o[censored]se due to so much delay and no one among both team members now responds to calls & emails. The limit is that the vendor also does not agree to send us new stock for the outlets as he is well aware of the default and does not want to send anyone. Can i request anyone in this forum to have this taken care off before i really need to reach merchant ombudsman forum.

                              Yesterday received response by "
                              Pepsico India — packet without any manufactured date batch no net quantity market price" my last complaint. according to my previous complaint i'm share all details of related problems with my alternate no. and mail to easily contact me...but pepsico company ignore my problems that point is response by pepsico..
                              and i'm 5+ time contact to customer care there always told me sir please wait 24 hours. than our team contact you and solve your problem
                              i'm trying to last friday but contact me... nill
                              there every one ignore my problem why???????
                              every time i'm share proper details and again received replay to share the location ????? ab me loction kha se lauuuuuuuuu
                              there not interested to solve my problem...
                              if you can't solve my problem to bhai saff hi mna kar do na hi hum aap ki problem ka solution nahi nikal skte hai???????
                              and es photo me ap dekh lo mere mail id and contact no...
                              phir pta ni ap bar bar Q mujhe bol rahe ho ki share contact deatils

                                Its a pepsi freeze is not providing cooling from last four months. We have done complaint telephonically atleast 20 times but no response we got till now which is giving us a bad impression of your services that u provides. We want you to look to the complaint seriously and do the necessary action immediately so that the item could be of worth useful.
                                Even isr of our area is not capable and not doing anything.

                                  My small brother bought few packets of kurkure (From chomu market and i have seen the back side of the packet without any manufactured date batch no net quantity market price your company is very prestigious company) and come to home when i'm see of mafd. Date is sep 17 according, mfd. All packet are expiry. After than he go and return of products than again shopkeeper give same product. But that all packets are some different all packet are ears/clean of mfd. Date, batch no. / n. Qty. (The mrp of any product should be printed on the cover of the product. It is mandatory. However the mrp was nowhere printed on the cover. Which i bought on 25/01/18) i'm also shocked how to sold expiry product there is nobody take action... We will take legal action or going to the media in this regard if the reply is not received on today thanks with regards ravi

                                    Hi,
                                    I bought the kurkure packet from vending machine and in it only air was filled nothing inside it. I also contacted the pepsico for the same but no satisfactory reply came. I have kept the empty packet with me. Kindly look into it.
                                    Pepsico claim that they have multiple quality check points with iso 9001:2008 and iso 22000:2005 and if these kinds of issues are coming then there is definetly some loophole.
