I have given Rs.12500 as booking amount to local distributor Khandwa mp with officer incharge deepak vishvakarma on March end. As booking amount for coldrink freegerr.
But until today I have not got freedge or refund of amt 1200.
Even I have not got satisfactory reply from responsible.

Please look in to the matter.otherwise I have to take legal advice

With due respect i beg to state that i have my own sweets corner named "biki sweets", nh-37, assam, jorhat. It is a renown business complex of jorhat which was established in 2003. We have a long term business relationship with your glorious company. Biki sweets proud to be deal with your world famous company. The distributor of your company gave us a cooler for display your company products. But the cooler get with trouble frequently. Though the officials came and repair the cooler the problem is not being solved.

I have already put a complain on this matter before one week. But your company is not taking any steps regarding this matter.

Your company is a big multinational company of world. It is our pleasure to be a part of your company and make a long term relationship with you. So i request you to take the matter seriously and take steps as soon as possible to run our business smoothly and also hold the business relationship.

I am shyam sunder bhati live in sardarshahar. My mobile no is [protected] i have a complaint for your distributor sh. Ajay kumar (Mobile no. [protected] from sardarshshar (Churu) raj.
I have my own restaurant in sardarshshar in bikaner highway. I get a fridge from your distributer by name of shyam hotel. My pepsi fridge compressor fault. I inform to pepsi distributer mr. Ajay. He comes in my hotel and say that fridge compressor fault so i change your fridge. He took my pepsi fridge to dated 10.04.2017 and went from his office. After two days i call him he say new fridge not come from company. Mr. Ajay didnot get me fridge on last dated 06.05.2017 my sale is also quite dull. Pls get me fridge other wise i go to complaint in court

I have bought Mountain Dew 600 Ml Pack from Amritsar Reliance Store Chheharta Branch. quality of product is not ok, bottle is sealed and insect are there. Reliance store not taking the responsibilty of this negligence. How could Pepsi and Reliance are playing with people health. Please look into this matter and help to stop these type of negligence. this is not in favour of nation

This is to inform that today we found fake 7UP (PepsiCO) in our marketplace. The taste is totally different and the get up and the label are also differ from the original one. So we collected some of the samples and kept in our custody and decided to inform you so that you can that further steps. Now we expected an urgent steps from your end as it might be harmful to the health of our family and society peoples.

Also for your information, we are getting pressure from various source to suppress the issue. Please do the needful as soon as possible.

Hi my name is Sourabh. I am from Amritsar Punjab. My father is running a shop in Amritsar. We had one old pepsi display fridge. And the condition of that fridge is disaster. When we apply for the pepsico fridge they give us an old fridge with the comitment that they dont have it right now as when they got new fridge they will change that. But from last 2 years no1 is taking action about that.
As there distributors came took there orders we told them to change this again they told next time and leave but there is no one who is looking for this issue. Alot of times we told to the area supervisors but no is there to change this am putting one picture of the fridge. Either change it or you can take your fridge back.

Chaurasiya pan corner below sector 18, metro station, Noida sells pepsi and many other cold drinks on a price higher than its MRP. I suppose this is illegal to do and company should tale strick action against such number of stores doing wrong practices. By not taking any strict action against them, this kind of practice is promoted and vendors will never stop exploting customers for no reason. Starting with one vendor can leave a great impact on this exploitation.
Kindly tale some action against this vendor who also quotes that "when company do not have any problem with us selling at any price then what can you do, we will sell at our price only and will increase according to our wish"

I'm rakesh bhatt. From bhatt ji's restaurant haldwani. I am requesting you please take it back my small fridge... I dont need your faithful service. I did very big mistake choose your company.. I am so sorry. But now i wana go some other brand.

Last 5 days back i have given order for soft drink. But nobody can response me.
Pathetic

I dont know how pepsi company have survive this typs of service.

And i am giving complaint around 4-5 tyms. But nobody have taking seriously.

On 18th april. Myself and one of my team mate stopped roadside and bought slice 2 bottles.
While opening the bottle. We found a 2 inch insect inside in both the bottles.
We stopped shopkeeper and told him not to open these 2 bottles.
We are carring 2 bottles and trying to find
Where is the problem and at which level.
We became vizilent and found this mistake. Otherwise we would have been hospitalized by that time.

I need a big refrigerator. My complaint is short for you. But its not for me. Bcos in my restaurant Drinks part is totally down. Sale is almost 1/2. And my other competitors are also goes down to me. You are not understand my problems. Please you send someone from your company and he will be check in food and beverage ratio in my restaurant.

Dear sir... It's manjunath from bangalore.. I purchased a 7up 330ml glass bottle from our army campus canteen.. While drinking i suddenly felt some strange in my mouth... Astonished seeing a big fly and i have sent the images also with my complaint... How strange to belieive on a branded drink with such a big health hazard in which a insect is found... I have sent an image of insect found inside bottle and one more image of 7up bottle with lot number with manufacturing date... Please take my matter seriously and take action on it... Thank you...

this is to make sure ground level vendor challenges, that too which we facing towards the pepsico distributor.
we have opted for pepsico products above every other brand in hyderabad market.
ours is a key account business which deals with entrepreneurs, startups, marketing nd business development people, we provide co working spaces and is a cultural, cummunity place.
we recieved a small old pepsi refrigerator which was not in a state to [protected]@ any visible place, as the conditions of refrigerator is something like,
1)noise pollution
2)cooling
3) power consumption
4)over heating
5)leakages
i was looking forward to get a new refrigerator for the season from our distributors to give a little boost in product sales by increasing visibility and providing chilled beverages all the time to our guests.

I have already complaint about change to fridge... but nobody follow up my complaint. What can i say. Its too bad.

I am not aware like that. I thought pespi company is good for customers. When i was buy small fridge that time distributor had promise me just u manage some time. But it's not good for customer's.

But now I'm sending a massage for my all friends who have restaurant. And who is making plan flanning for restaurant...

I experienced that, some shops in Chennai ( juice stall, just opposite of SARAVANA SUPER STORE, main road, T NAGAR. The shop is at corner of road, they also have an under ground floor ) taking more than MRP for bottled water (they took Rs25/- instead of mrp Rs 20/-).why they are taking more than mrp? That sellers are trying to fool old and busy people .

I need a big fridge for my all pepsi drinks. I'm also request for that distributor. And I am giving a vry good sale for your company also. But that guys have given me a small fridge. My sale is also quite dull. And i know about that small fridge cost abt company have given them. And i have one more complaint for that guys. They have taking extra charge for that small fridge. I want know which types of distributor you have recommend here.. Very pathetic... so sorry but i don't have any other word... kindly follow up my complaint.

Dear sir/mam,

I wanted to ask PepsiCo India, how they decide the MRP for there product? Yesterday I went to "kung fu chow" restaurant located at HUDA city centre metro station. I asked them for a half liter pepsi bottle, and the MRP printed on bottle was RS 60 (if I am not wrong same bottle is sold at RS 35 in complete NCR region). The restaurant told me the pepsi bottles for mall and food courts like this are comes with different MRP. Can you please tell me, does pepsi collects different MRP in same city at different locations? Is yes then why?

I did few research on internet also about the above mentioned same matter and found few interesting things. I would like to share the same with you.

myself, c Jeevan Kumar from Chennai(TAMILNADU), one of the users of your product. Daybefore (02.03.2017), I went to MAYAJAAL Multiplex, which is in ECR(EAST COAST ROAD). now it's a summer season, everyone feels thirsty & need to drink water. As like that, I bought an AQUAFINA 500ml water bottle seriously, I jerked by seeing the bill price, I asked billing person, it's a 1-liter water bottle, he told, sir it's 500ml.Then again, I shocked and asked him, why is that too costly compare from outside.he told that, see the MRP in a neck of the bottle when I see it, printed as Rs30. I am from a middle-class family and then, for drinking water which is too much cost. I bought the same 500ml water bottle nearby home supermarket, their cost is printed as Rs10 only.I need to know that,
why is that price difference by Rs 20?
