Pepsi — Company Salesman not working & van driven not given scheme

Sir,

Your company Sales Man is not visit in last 3 months at my shop and I have serval times make phone calls but he not listen even mataril is not supply properly and Van driver is not given schens to us as these scheme is running at other area in jaipur.

PEPSICO INDIA IS WORST SERVICE PROVIDER. THEY ARE READY TO TAKE THEIR GOODS BACK RATHER TO RECTIFY THE PROBLEM.

i am your regular customer who puchased products (pepsi-600ml) from= Reliance fresh ltd., East moti bagh, sarai rohila, delhi. from 7th june 2008 to 14 june 2008 of about Rs. 12000/- approximately.As there is a scheme with this product which the staff present there told me (get one lays chips), but after that when i purchased that product then they are not giving me the scheme related with this product which i mentioned above. They always keeps on putting off me that come tomorrow, come tomorrow and there tomorrow never comes till now.

Pepsi — charging more than maximum retail price

Most of the shops in coimbatore, Tamilnadu charge more than the retail price for refrigration of soft drinks and water. They dont sell within the MRP or the MRP itself so where should i get soft drinks and water from.

I bought two juice packs from two diff shops & they had lots o[censored]netable things in that & the drink was not to be drunk .I complained it to company & mailed them two three times but nt good response from their side.My sister got ill bcaz of that & spent 4 days in hospital.but not any response from company>i need companasation from them.

yesterday i buy a tropicana orange juice from malviak genral store, kurukshetra.but when i tru to drink that juice..that was so sure...to drink...when today when i try to change from malvika...there was a man...quarrel with me and abuse me...and he didnt change that juice of tropicana...

now what can i do fro that...may i'll go to consumer court...for that...

pepsi & coke — No control on Price of retail outlets

we are paying 10/- for a 200 ml cool drink in the outlets though the price is 8/- printed on the bottle. there is no control on these prices. these should be controlled. they are taking 2/- extra on each and every bottle.

Pepsico — Overcharging

I was at the 1A Arrival International Airport last night to receive a couple of relatives. Since the flight was delayed i thought of grabbing a bottle of water. To my surprise the 'Pepsico' stall right outside the 1a Arrival terminal was serving 'Bailey' mineral water at a price of Rs.25, when the MRP sticker on the price was Rs.20. The sticker was by 'Pepsico' thenselves. I started arguing about the price and did not pay up till he did'nt accept the MRP price. The person at the stall said:
'The rentals of this stall are wuite high, and to sustain them we have to overcharge the consumers.'

I did not relent, and paid the MRP price of Rs.20/- and also took down that persons name and details, and warned him about the future action. To which he again said:
'Sir, you can do what you want, but every stall at the airport overcharges.There is no other way to make 'side-income'.

I am posting this, because i want the Pepsico and Airport Autority people to know this and take some immediate action on this.

A dealer ' Shah Virji Waghji & co" in our area is always charging Rs 2 to 5 extra on MRP as freezing charges. Have never seen a brand product like Pepsi being overcharged by any other dealers in Mumbai.
Can you please confirm if the dealer is justified in over charging. Just to mention the cold drinks he sells are not cold at all.

Mountain Dew — Over Charging

I had asked for a Mountian Dew can, MRP 15. The can was cold so he wanted Rs. 2 extra i.e Rs. 18 in total, when I refused to pay the extra amount he said that he would not sell it to me, I agreed and asked him to give me a bill for the purchase which he refused and returned the money even though d I did want to purchase the can of Mountain Dew. What do I do in such circumstances when the shopkeeper has the audacity to refuses to sell me the item as well as issue a bill.

The shop is located in Bandra West MUmbai 400050, at New Kantwadi, Bld. Name Mayflower, the person in charge of the shop is Mr .Sohan R. Borana.
