I am having a confectionery store. Pepso company has given me a fridge, since last one and half month, it is not working at all. i contacted to Pepsi company, Chandigarh, then i called to service center Fatehabad but there is no response. Complaint registration number is 13AUG19PHHP26328 . I talked to manager from Panipat but no go. There is no resolution provided. Kindly help for the resolution regarding this issue as soon as possible because i have to face a lot of trouble & getting loss.

i was coming from Sadulpur ( Rajasthan) to Delhi.. backside of Railway station i went to buy some cold drinks for the Journey..

and i was surprised to see confectionery shop keeper take

Mountain Dew -- MRP - 30
Mazza - 25

total - 55 and he taken 65 Rs, when i asked why taking too much said.. (Sir Ji thanda krne ka paisa lagta hai ) my Train was just arrived so i dont have time to fight with him,,,.,,


this is very regular practice on stations bus stops these people take much rate above the MRP.

Many retail sellers called kirana shops are charging a rupee extra for the cool drinks bottles 200ml to 300ml.. reason being said is that for storage inside the refrigerator they need to charge that amount. Also, the price of the beverage is not clearly seen in the night as it is written near the neck of the bottle and in very small letters in black color often.
how much is the extra amount is not the point. being charged in addition to the MRP is the point and the price not being written in large letters.

It's 5 pm on 4/13 & just now had an argument with a Pepsi seller located opposite to Bank of Baroda branch on Golf course Road in Gurgaon. This guy was selling 600ml Pepsi which has a printed price of Rs 25 at Rs 30. The logic given by the seller was, it's reaching him at higher price and hence he is charging more.. does that mean Pepsi is selling to it's retailers at higher than MRP? Hope that's not the case. I am wondering how this retailer can get away with this nonsense in a place where so many "aware citizens" of India work and live!
Hope Pepsi is listening...it just lost sale of one bottle and if it continues, could loose a customer for ever.

I found a dirty black yucky looking substance inside the Tropicana Guava juice pack this morning. I would like to know what is this & how did it land in the juice package??? There are kids consuming this drink on a regular basis... thanks to the ad which says "100% Real Fruits"! What if we had consumed this & fallen sick??? Looking forward to your help!

I am Javed Ahmed from Shukla Ganj, Unnao. I found a harmful substance inside the sealed bottle of Lehar 7UP, which is the brand of PepsiCo India. Please find enclosed herewith the photo of the same.

"Today i purchased the two bottles of 7UP and opened only the single bottle, after taking one sip i started vomiting due to very bad smell and taste then i saw the another bottle and found the harmful substance inside the sealed bottle. "

I want to make claim and take legal action regarding this happening. I have also kept the sealed bottle of 7UP for sample.

Kindly look into the matter and I am waiting for your earlier response.

I reside near Mahalaxmi Temple at Breach Candy. I bought TWO pet bottles of Dukes Ice-Cream Soda. When I went home I realized that the products were way past the expiry date. I went back to the store and told the retailer to exchange it but he refused saying he cannot replace an opened bottle. What am I to do with the bottle now? Why is he storing and selling long-expired products of Pepsico in the first place? I don't think this goes down well with the consumer relations of your company.

On my complaint of inferior quality of "Lehar" Sahi Mix Namkeen 1 Kg. pack , from PepsiCo Holdings India ltd. - Fritolay Division ,B NO AF 61 MFD 10 NOV 12) from BIG BAZAR store ON THE EVE OF 26 TH JANUARY REPUBLIC DAY SALE DHAMAKA , was found to be of inferior quality.

My complaint to Pepsico was attended and assured replacemennt for defective one. Surprisingly, Pepsico dispatched three nos of Khatta Meetha namkeen pack (170gm weight) in replacement of 1 Kg. Sahi Mix.

This indicates that Pepsico is not serious about the complaint and once again cheated by sending the other flavour and too of fewer quantities.

I once again complained this fact to PepsioCo via e-mail and I was told that this is the product right now they have and I should satisfied with this one.
I demanded to inspect the inferior quality product by local representative of Pepsi Co ,but till date no one has ever visited to attain the complain.
Hence, it indicates that Pepsico is not serious about food product and cheating consumer by selling outdated product in sale.
I must think to penalise PepsiCo for not been serious with their product and jeopardizing health.

It is found that the Vendors around Mumbai City, especially around Ranade Road, Dadar West, have been taken an unauthorized charges of Rs.2/- towards cooling charges over & above the MRP. When asked they say the BEST have increased the electricity charges. Have they the right to take this unauthorized charges of Rs.2/-. Some of the vendors mentioned are Day & Night General Stores (Ranade Road), Anapurna (Ranade Road cross), Srinathji (P L Kale Guruji Marg) all at Dadar West. If this complaint is not attended, then we would like some more complaints attended to in the near future. We would like to see how you can stop this charges being taken as an unauthorized charges.

Hi Sir/Madam.My Name Is Sreenath Nair.I Am A Normal Consumer From Mumbai.My Reason For Making This Complaint Is That As an End User Of The Products Of the above said companies i am feeling that i am being cheated & also being extorted of my money by the owners of the retail outlets who is selling the Products of These Beverage Companies like Pepsico, Lehar & Coca-Cola.You can Pick any random retail outlet where the products of these companies are sold & you can find that the owners are Extorting a sum of Additional 2 Rupees More than the MRP price Printed On The Products.For Example If i buy a Bottle of Coca Coca of 200 ML the price of which is 10 Rupees the retailers all around the Mumbai area is charging 12 Rupees From Consumers Like Us.And if we try to reason with them Abt The MRP facts the result would be like sometimes we are being denied the use of the product from that retail outlet or sometimes the owner of the retail outlet abuse us or talk to us in a rude manner & grab the bottle from our hand or we are forced to pay the additional 2 Rupees & if we Fail to do it or object it we are been manhandled on certain occasions.I seriously think that they are fooling the government by making black money like this which is not recorded in any of their transactions.if we ever ask to them why they are charging additional 2 Rupees More than the Mentioned MRP their reply is that they are charging it from us As a Cooling Charge of the Soft Drink.NOW IF I AM NOT MISTAKEN A SOFT DRINK OR A COOL DRINK FALLS UNDER THE CATEGORY OF BEVERAGE WHICH HAS TO BE COOLED FIRST IN A REFRIGERATOR & THEN DISTRIBUTED TO THE END USER.And if i am not wrong the Companies of whom the following products are will be giving a fair profit margin to the retailers from the mentioned MRP which also includes the So called COOLING CHARGES.So why are the retailers extorting more money from End Users than Mentioned On MRP? i don't have any faith in the Police System of our country so there is no way i am going to approach them for the Redressal of my complaint.So if there is anything the Consumer Forum Can do for End User Like Us to stop this unlawful extortion i would be very much Grateful to them.Thanking in Advance.

I am a resident of Rewari, Sector 3 market.
Almost all the shopkeepers of Rewari, Sector 3 market charge Rs. 2 to Rs. 5 extra over the MRP of cold drinks. The other day I visited a Restaurant, named "SONI FOODS" in the Rewari, Sector 3 market, the shopkeeper charged Rs. 30 for a 600 ml bottle of Pepsi, MRP of which is Rs. 25. On questioning why is he overcharging he said we sell on this price only, its your wish to buy or not.

Today Morning, i am going to drop my doughter to her play school. she ask for slice then i went to Kuwality Sweets J1 Block, DDA Flat Kalka Ji, New Delhi, I have bougt one slice 500ml bottle, i have opened the bottle on way of school and i offer to drink my daughter, she take on sip and told my that papa the taste is not good then i have taken on sip, the taste was really not good, then i have checked packing date the date is mention on bottle 20/12/2012 and i rushed to the Kuwality sweets, complaint to the responisble person regarding the taste, he told me that i is not expired and we will not exchange or return your money, you have to complain to Pepsi co.
So please advise me what i have to do, The bottle with slice is with me.

This is Manish Vimal from Gurgaon, Few days back i have purchased a Uncle Chips pack of 15 Rs. on which mentioned Net Wt is 32 g while the wt of whole pack is Approx 15 - 16 g. According to wts & measure act such package is not complying the specified wt range. Such package is kept intact with me of which ink is so poor so that embosing is fading away. i have made a written complaint in Pepsico Consumer care but they dint reply yet.
So kindly look into the matter as i want to lodge the complain against them.
