Mountain Dew — Over Charging

I had asked for a Mountian Dew can, MRP 15. The can was cold so he wanted Rs. 2 extra i.e Rs. 18 in total, when I refused to pay the extra amount he said that he would not sell it to me, I agreed and asked him to give me a bill for the purchase which he refused and returned the money even though d I did want to purchase the can of Mountain Dew. What do I do in such circumstances when the shopkeeper has the audacity to refuses to sell me the item as well as issue a bill.

The shop is located in Bandra West MUmbai 400050, at New Kantwadi, Bld. Name Mayflower, the person in charge of the shop is Mr .Sohan R. Borana.

I purchaced few items of Rs. 2384. out of that one items no 10. that[protected]/cold drink 02 nos out of two one is of expiry dates its man.date is 25-04-09 (best before three month from man.) .This is very big surprised to me & I went to your Vishal Mega Mart Indore . But response was not good. I shall have no option to go to launch a complaint to food inspectot under food adulteration act. . I will wait your reply before going to take any action

I agree with you. Shopkeepers in Mulund West (Mumbai) also sell cold drinks well above the MRP. I have now stopped purchasing from them and buy it from a departmental store.

Even in the railway station there everything is charged lot more than mrp and on complaining they tell "Lena hai toh lo nahi toh jao"..

Recently a sales representative Mr Anish ( His Uninor cell no is [protected], which is always switched off now) from Vodafone cheated me ( vardhman Nagar, Narsing lane, Malad west, Mumbai)of Rs 150/- on pretext of some lucrative scheme( which was actually his/company's deceitful intention to change all prepaid card customers to post paid so that they charge liberally by sending the fat bill), I immediately realized this and told him to refund my money( the same day on phone), which he never did
All efforts to visit Vodafone gallery, communicating to vodafone over email or phone, providing the authentic bill of Rs 150/- have proved futile
This clearly show all their malign intention to grab hard earned money from customers

Settled impurities inside Pepsi 200 ml bottle

I bought a bottle of Pepsi cola from my office canteen in TCS, Avadah Park, Lucknow (See photos for batch number details). The bottle had settled impurities at the bottom (a part shown in photograph).
