I brought Lays west indies packet from supermarket, Kerala, Kannurpin code : 670106. Today i Am very much disappointment with Lays quality and quantity. I had saw the production quality testing in discovery multinational channel about the reject the raw once or green potato slice or removing burned or golden brown from packing.
Lays had always known for its qualities and product taste. I have been consuming it from my childhood.

But packet which I bought was very disappointing for me I came across slices which were burnt and roasted brown. I'm attaching the photos of the burnt ones in this mail.

Would request you to please maintain your quality it doesn’t suit and international brand manufacturing such eateries.

This surely is going to my dustbin and will think once again before spending money on lays.

I am a hotel owner n 4 years old customer of pepsico..my fridge had a major issue of compressor voice...it generate compresstion voice continuously for 2 to 3 minutes loudly n gets vibrated...lastly i kept it off...n after calling to my area salesman more than 10 times from last 1 month...no action taken by them...so plz can anyone do initiative in this regard...

From last 3 year pepsi executive just fooling me about giving vici cooler.. So i borrowed a vici cooler from one of my friend shop which was closed earlier.. And gave documents for transfer of vici cooler by my name to one of pepsi executive... That vici cooler start troubling on daily basic.. So i asked executive .. Wheather it is possible to get it exchanged.. Executive said yes.. But i believe executive was still fooling me.. Cuz I can see that new vici cooler are getting installed next to my shop.. But I didn't get any.. I m selling pepsi brand from last 6 years by cooling it in my home fridge. My fridge doest have enough capacity.. As the old useless vici cooler utilizing space in my shop, so I start utilizing it by storing biscuit in it..because of the carelessness of executive the old vici cooler get converted into almirah for biscuits..How would I grow if executive will do these kind of things. Waiting for some positive response.

Its to bring to your kind notice that the refrigerator provided to us has stopped working and its more than 10 days our issue is not resolved and all our purchases are stored as a stock and we are also facing potential loss of our customers and our diwali season also got affected due to it. No action is taken by area sales manager regarding this even after complaining him several times.
I kindly request to either provide another refrigerator or quickly repair the same as soon as possible. Please resolve the matter at your earliest sir as its already more than 10-12 days.

Lehar Soda being manufactured at Greater Noida plant is very weak & not good in taste.I purchase 5 bottles twice were found very weak soda.

Now I am your new customer and i opened my shop last 6 (six) months ago.
I'm sorry. I am forced to complain that DEBNATH ENTERPRISE misled me and took more money with less goods. The next time I calculated, I informed him that there was a shortage of goods, but he said there was nothing left to do and he was misbehave with me. Where he gave 202 pieces of goods, he wrote 217 pieces and took 217 pieces of money. Now 15 pieces of goods. I did not receive 15 pieces of goods, so who will return my money to me.

1. There becomes only 3 times recharge on Airtel no. By code on packet code .
2.why this is only 3 times only
3. I changed my sim service to Airtel for recharge
4 .I switched to pepsico brand from other brand for saving my recharge money for net
5. So my complain is this there become bold letters msg that recharge only 3 times per user .

I'm very disheartened to inform you that I bought 6 packs o[censored]ncle chips @₹10 out of which I got 4 packs alright and fine but the other two have very very less chips and its weight is approximately 5g. One of the packs were opened by me mistakenly but the other one is intact in its true condition.
As a sincere consumer I thought it might help the company and the community.

I buy so many item of your brands like chips, colddrinks etc. sales assured me before selling me chips stock of lays that if some of my stock remains unsold or get expire he will replace it buy new date products but now after telling so many times he did not replaced my dead stock of chips. so please solve this issue. salesman name is mohan

Dear pepsico, I am a loyal consumer of your company. I like Doritos. But now a days I have noticed that all the nachos are crushed and not in proper conditions despite of full of Gas and sealed pack. So this is my complaint. Kindly do the needful.

It might give you a shock but i have to put my views about so called pepsi.. I run a departmental store and the so called pepsi group were never familiar to me. I give my full support to coco cola and at my store very soon pepsi will not be avaliable. Its so cheap that the pepsi group took visi cooler from my store and sold it to some other. Such a rediculous thing. I give 0 stars to pespi and will never work with a company like this.. Morever the pepsi men working here from my area dont even have manners to talk to a store keeper... pepsi may loose market very soon. Thanks to staff of pepsi
