Shopkeeper in my locality sell expired Pepsi though I asked if the product is recent still he gave expired product ..when I reach back to him he denied to refund instead said company sending expired product

mere Suresh kriyana store hi aur me pichle karib 30 year se isko chala raha hu ..me pepsi ka freeze use karta hu sir maine 23 june ko freeze kharab hone ki complain ki thi technicien aaya aur bina dekha hi ..bola ye change hoga maine kaha check to karo vo bola change hi hoga ..sir 23 june ke baad me 10-15 baar dealer se contact kar chuka hu...sara summer session bina sell ke nikal gaya sir...maine sara document complete karke diya jo Authorised distrubete ne mane the aur aaj date note karo sir...04 sept tak koi solution nahi hi ...sir company se vishwas uth gaya hi...itni honesty se sell karte hi aur company employe aisa karte hi...sandeep contact person ko itni baar boal diya but karte hi aa jye ga document gaya hi ...koi perfect solution nahi ..sir kindly note it ...

Hi!i opened the new restaurant in purnea bihar & when thought to keep the cold drinks in my restaurant i contacted the dealer in purnea & asked him to give supply me all the cold drinks & if possible to provide me one refrigerator so that i can put in display so that sale will increase once it will be in front of customer but for my surprise the dealer asked me to purchase at least rs 45000 cold drinks then only he can provide me the refrigerator when i asked him is this rule made by company & can you give me in written the he said no its my rule & then only i can provide you the refrigerator.
i am surprised how company like pepsi can do business like this? i asked for refrigerator so that i can sale more items of pepsi & can increase the sale as well.

I had brought 2 Lay's wafer style chips of 10 rs. One packet has nothing inside

I got an email from pepsi USA stating won an lottery and asking for my personal details.

Please make the advertisement which seems real. Don't make the advertisement which make the people fool. No energy drink can give so much energy as shown in advertisement.
I wasted my money by using the Sting energy drink.

Please resolve the issue asap.

About lays I bought a lays hangout pack of Rs.5 from my nearest shop. When i opened the pack only 2 small pieces are inside the packet..This is not the first time. I think most of the people facing this problem. Personally I know those persons faced similar issues..please try to avoid this complaints..

Have recently started a new shop named as Shree general store at Skydeck complex, near Yash complex, PDPU Road, Rayasan, Gandhinagar, Gujarat and wished to affiliate with Pepsi as retailer and thus contacted your dealer of the same area. To this had one Pepsi fridge which was not functioning properly and to the same was informed to the distributor and he assured that needful may be done but was very much in vain. After several request it is in the same condition of not working properly not giving adequate cooling. Moreover the dealer does not comes to receive orders and even does not pick up the calls. This has badly raptured the image of Pepsi. And this might be not the single case there may be Series. And now this attitude has severely made me to think again if should continue or start. Buisness of some other company whose services are up to mark. Hope needful may be done
