[Resolved]  Pepsico India — POOR QUALITY OF CHEETOS MASALA BALLS

sir, I am working in Indian Air Force and a consumer or your company products for long. Presently I am staying in coimbatore area. On 30 Nov 2014, I have purchased 3 packets of CHEETOS MASALA BALLS from a retail shop having the Batch No. CS-09 (manufactured on 09/09/14). As per your instruction in the packet, the same can be used within 4 months from the date of packing. But the condition in the pack was very bad. Many of the balls got spoiled and dried. Some of them were infected by fungus. In view of the above facts, you are requested to intervene and instruct the packing unit to avoid such instances, because normally it is eaten by the kids who are innocents. Please acknowledge.
