How to talk directly to an icici executive. I have tried no. Of times but unsuccessful. Please help me. I had done a transaction with my icici bank credit card in my name but it was declined with a message "we're writing to let you know that your payment for prime membership has failed. To enjoy prime benefits and avoid order cancellation, please revise your payment details or select an alternative payment method within 24 hours of receiving this email. The issuing bank may have declined the charge if the name or account details entered do not match the bank’s records." All the card details mentioned were thoroughly checked and were correct.
