PharmEasy — Beurer Pulse oximeter's empty box delivered!

I placed an order for Beurer pulse oximeter from PharmEasy on 12th of May worth INR 2492.

The shocking part is that I received an empty box of Beurer oximeter on 13th of May which was properly sealed. My order no. is #M32815474.

I tried to follow up with PharmEasy on the same multiple times but received the same response saying that since package was properly sealed & dispatched from the warehouse, they cannot process my refund.

No action has been taken against the seller by PharmEasy & no refund has been processed.

They have closed the complaint from their end suggesting that they are not at fault & they cannot help me with this concern.

I have been cheated by both PharmEasy & their seller Jadhav Chemist from whom they procure their orders.

Here's hoping that some action will be taken against PharmEasy & the seller Jadhav Chemist!
