This is the worst service I have ever had with the Philip's still there is not solution about the service it's more than 25 days.
Kindly help for the solution or will escalate on social media if issue is not been resolved.
SR no 60-[protected] 1st Nov 21 as per the request executive has visited on 3rd Nov and informed that will charge 1600 for the damaged part but till date no replacement has been done.
On 27th Nov 21 we had called on customer care to check the status for the same but request was closed without providing the solution and there was no intimation provided to us.
So we have placed another request SR no
60-[protected] on 27th Nov 21 will get a call in next 24hrs.
Today morning received a call from [protected] stating that they will charge 2000 for the same thing.
