Please note I am repositioning my grievance o[censored]tter casual approach by Philips employees to a sensitive case of replacement of Philips Air Fryer. Please note that this complaint with regards to HD9621/41 is still open and not resolved.

Philips service request 60-[protected] has been created and will be attended on priority." - Without resolution they have closed the grievance.

I would like to bring to your kind notice that the appliance was purchased to benefit the diet preparation for my father who was diagnosed with Cirhosis of Liver. However, I had a poor experience with a faulty Air Fryer, after much persuasion and follow up it was replaced under warranty. Unfortunately at the same time my Father's health deteriorated and was admitted 7 times in the Hospital. The same was informed to Mr. Pradeep Kumar & Mr. Maninder from the Service team in Bangalore along with MRT Electronics Technician and staff Ms. Deepa. I was assured of replacement in the month aof May and was advised to wait for a month as the Model was changed and they needed time to deliver the newer model. Given my predicament of shuttling between the Hospital I couldn't rigorously follow-up, but was confident that given that I expressed the criticality of my purchase and need, they will do the needful. However, to my utter disappointment no one even contacted to appraise and on me connecting I was just being made evasive promise stating they are expecting stock or are working on the same to have it replaced, please go through mail trail to infer with the discussion trail and promises made. Only on my firm follow-up checking on status, with convenience I was told approval was not obtained and they will repair. I am confident you will review and understand this is abuse of Customers confidence and trust.

I have urged the management of Philips, which has believed in delivering high quality products and customer service to factor the below points on merit to consider revalidating the replacement -
I would like to place on record once again that my family since February to July had over 9 Hospitalisations
The product which was replaced which was a box piece was delivered defective, the same was validated by the technician
Also, since a new product was delivered as per Consumer Law & Norms the product should be covered under warranty as placed by the company or for a bare minimum threshold of at least a minimum 1 year from date of delivery
The commitment of the Philips team who have interacted till the last connection in Oct'22, only today Mr. Pradeep has responded to my follow-up on why the delivery has still not happened by the team, when I was informed that replacement is not possible as on 13th Nov'22.

Kindly note that there has been no Customer Service perspective all through despite knowing the challenging situation I was in and I have kept Philips appraised of the same.

It is close to a year the Customer Service team has the product with them.

I am confident that people you'll can make a positive difference in resolving my grievance, if otherwise we will approach appropriate authorities to seek justice.

        I called satyendra n said that I will not pay as Philips representative asked me not to pay b4 visit... He then closed my complaint without attending... Now none of the customer service representative are attending my call properly they are disconnecting after putting on hold... N my complaint is still un attended

          1. NCC Directorate Maharashtra, a Central Govt office, purchased 10 Air-purifiers model No.AC-1217 through GeM vide GeM orders No.0724 dt25 May 21, No.0724 dt 22 Mar 21 & 7805 dt 16 Mar 21.
          2. The Air-purifiers are under Guarantee Period. Currently, all 10 are not working. This office has launched 12 (Twelve) complaints but no one has attended till date.
          3. This poor state of your 'After-sale-service' is highly disappointing.
          4. An early action will be appreciated.

              My Trimmer BT3211/ 15 turn on by itself till its battery drain off

              My Trimmer "BT3211/15" frequently start automatically even switch is Off and stop only after Battery drain out. It's really frustating as there is no way to stop it whenever it start automatically it generate noise and sometimes i cannot turn off i bought this trimmer 2021 Jan 2 and extended warranty period by registering the product till 2024 PHLPTRMR00000016 product id
              Please help to fix this. Thanks ....

              I brought a Philips portable speaker. This was defective and submitted in the authorized service center on as per request no:[protected]. The service center informed me that the speaker has a manufacturing defect and Philips will replace it.

              Philips consumer care people from Bangalore initially told me to contact the seller. The seller has already written to me stating that the product is under manufacturer warranty, hence, the authorized service center of Philips will be in the best position to diagnose the defect and resolve it to your satisfaction. When I informed this to Philips service center they asked me to forward this email. It was forwarded.

              After that there is utter silence from Philips.

              Require replacement of defective product lying with Philips Authorized service center.

              Kind attn of the Consumer Careless Officers,

              Surprisingly Philips has collected a defective product sold to me for replacement through its authorised service center. Even after one month of my repeated queries are not getting answered. There is utter silence from all... No replacement, no repair and even the defective product collected from me is kept with Phillips...

              Wonderful are the ways of this MNC Electronic Giant ... Is anybody buying a Philips product doing it at their own risk?

                I had purchased an electronic shaver model no. S1323/45 from Philips. The product is under warranty as of now. The lock which fixes the blades with teh shaving unit got broken itself and the company is saying that this doesn' get covered under warranty and thus the product is unrepairable. Instead of giving a replacement free of cost, they offered some discount on the purchase of new product.

                I wonder how come the customer service has gone to such a low at Philips India. The worst part is that there is nobody at Philips to look after the complaints.

                I hope somebody wakes up now and gives me the resolution.

                    We brought new Philips led 43" smart model : 43PFT58135/94 on 08/09/2020, but within 3 months it was not working and i got replaced TV( which was old already used one) when i enquired about that they said they cant able to replace new TV due to less stock (covid reason) once they got new stock they said they will replace this old one. But unfortunately no one responding to that. i kept raising complaint.. they said they can only check if there is an issue in current tv but they cant replace and give me new one.

                    Issue : only for 3 months i used new Tv and was getting false promise from your team that it will be replaced. Now the one which we are using is also not working. issue in display..

                    kindly replace my TV WITH NEW ONE as you promised.

                      With such high expectations, I bought Philips HL7578 600W Juicer Mixer Grinder. Yesterday, while making the apple juice, the juicer jar just blasted. Attaching the photos for the same. My sister's hand got saved for just a by few seconds.

                      The technician checked the condition of the juicer and jar, and says the Jar will not be covered under the warranty. On top of that, customer care says that if there is any broken parts inside the motor, that will also not get covered under the warranty. I am really not sure for what bloody issue they are claiming to provide 2 years o[censored]seless warranty.

                      These people don't even recognize the customer after selling their worthless products.

                          Dear Recipient,

                          I lodged complaint ( Service request No.[protected] for Philips music system purchased on, which still covered under warranty period. Same got out of order after using five months. Purpose to purchase trustworthy brand music system was durability and quality service. Both were being compromised with me as music is still unresolved yet even after multiple companie's vender service engineer visit.
                          Every time service engineer visited for rectification but ended up saying parts are faulty, would be replaced in the next visit due to spare shortage from company side.
                          As I planned to use music system on auspicious event of Ganesh chaturthi but unfortunately I won't use it which directly means that philips produc is useless for me.

                          Above experience is the worse one that I've ever gone through. Now I want a complete compensation for the bad product experience along with produc replacement or money must be paid back to me.

                              I have a MG5730/15 Trimmer. It is still under warranty. The mesh of the Precision shaver attachment has started to break and there is a gap in it. Therefore, I contacted Philips and asked them for a replacement. They assigned me a local service centre technician named Mr. Ajay. He contacted me and told me that it doesn't get covered under warranty. Therefore I had to pay around 500 for it. I agreed.
                              After following up and calling him for days, he finally showed up at my house last Saturday. The new shaver attachment he had brought had Hair in it! It was definitely used and unhygienic. I rejected it. He said so unprofessionally that, "In my bag there will be so many trimmers, if some hair falls on it what can I do?" that means whatever products he delivers, they all come out of his unhygienic bag. I also spoke to his supervisor, Mr. Sumit. Even he was Irresponsible like him. Then I called Philips customer and managed to get on like with their customer service supervisor. That person told me that he will get it sorted the same day. He seemed a little serious. But the truth is, till now, they have not yet responded. I have already called them thrice since yesterday.
                              They keep telling that I will get a callback.
                              This is not at all what we expect from a Company like Philips. They make premium grooming products so expensive. Yet, their Hygiene Quality standards are below par.
                              Instead, we can go with any other local brand rather than trusting this dishonest Brand, Philips.

                              Finally, after calling customer care so many times and finally, someone responsible took over the case, Mr Dharam Pathak. Recently, they sold me an actually new Shaver attachment for my trimmer which had no hair in it. I paid 380 rupees for it. My issue is resolved. However, I am not sure if they actually took any action at all to avoid it from happening to someone else in the future. As far as I know, it was all due to the irresponsibility of the Pune Philips Service Centre's Inventory Manager: Mr Sumit Khale.

                              Mr. Ajay, the local service technician had just come again. He brought the shaver attachment in a box but it wasn't sealed. I looked at it to find that even it had hair in it.
                              I pointed it out and spoke to his boss, Mr. Sumit Kale. He said so rudely that all their products are like that.
                              So basically, Philips service centres are the most Unhygienic places on earth. Never buy a Philips product.

                                    Dear Sir,
                                    I am writing to register a complaint with you regarding the rude attitude by your staff at the following authorised service centre - Philips Service Centre, Market Rd, Edappally, Kochi, Kerala 682024 India. A totally disappointing experience on 7-7-2022 when I visited them. I went to your shop with the intention of service of a product which was a trimmer. But they informed me it will be only replaced instead of repair for which I was quiet elevated with their gesture & the upgraded model. They took a note of the product details from me and gave me a receipt for replacement. Before I left the shop I clearly asked if they required the rest of the parts of the trimmer for which the staff said the trimmer is all that is required and that I may keep the rest and bring the original receipt upon a call from their centre for replacementWhile I was in your shop, for collection, they inform me that the charger and the parts of the old trimmer also needs to be received before replacement. Since I live far, and the difficulty in commuting for this small reason, I informed them that i'd make necessary arrangements for the old charger and parts to be at the centre asap but since I'm now here at the shop, let me take the new set of charger and trimmer. For which they were totally adamant about the old parts to be received prior to replacement. I tried to convince them the difficulty of travel & above all the mistake of miscommunication from their side.
                                    They tried to put the blame on me saying, I was supposed to return the old parts. But like I mentioned earlier, I did ask them in the 1st instance if they required the box for which the staff replied not required. I try to speak to the centre incharge and he turns out to be rude saying that he will do service for the trimmer instead of replacement & must wait half an hour. Now I was totally puzzled as they told me earlier that they only had a replacement for this trimmer and no service. His attitude clearly showed arrogance to me inspite of the ignorance from their staff. And above all asking me why I as a customer is upset for a silly matter. Silly matter traveling up and down in the traffic is not a silly matter and I clearly told the manager that I would make arrangements to send across the old parts the next day somehow but to give the new replacement now so that I may leave as a Happy customer & I would not breach the trust. All I need was help inspite of their mistake but he showed no interest to help me. I write this email to you as a protest / voice against the staff behaviour of putting the blame on me as a customer instead of apologising and trying to help me. I would like to bring to your attention that this unprofessional employees you have are surely going to cost your business being your face of representation. I regret to inform you & let you know how poorly your staff treats your customers. I am hoping you would take the proper initiative to offer a better customer experience in the future by hiring more professional employees. Trust you would take proper steps so that no other customer feels humiliated the way I did. I, being in the entertainment industry purely believe satisfaction is an important factor and that it has to be professionally handled at any cost. Thanking you,
