Philips India — bt4200 bluetooth speaker battery problem

I bought this device from your platform on 13 july 2018 which is 5 days ago..

..and after charging it for 3 hours as mentioned in the manual when i played it...it was giving a 'beeping sound' which it gives when there is low battery...this problem still persists...

...i hope this problem will be fixed as it is under warranty period...

I got my product in vry poor condition...i m vry much disappointed with its packagin..its outer cover is torned not in good condition n i doubt if straightner wrks properly or not...are these ur customer services...i pain 2399 rupees n all in vain...vey bad..i hope u will take some serious steps...OTHERWISE I WONT PURCHASE ANY PRODUCT FROM AMAZON
