Philips India — defunct product complaint - rude behaviour of customer care staffs. | |||
I bought Philips 2.0 Tower Speakers on June 30th that first came with a defunct mic. You guys replaced it after 10 long days. Now, the speakers have stopped functioning altogether since August 26th. Despite numerous complaints at your customer service centre, all my pleas to fix the speakers fell on deaf ears. And as the warranty period is of one year (12months) nd it's been only 5 months i brought it and now i want it to be repaired by flipkart.com ASAP.
