Philips India — Faulty juicer grinder

I would like to bring to your notice that a juicer purchased on 27.12.25 and used on 29.12.25 was broken and generated fumes.
Today marks 01.01.26 and no resolution has been offered.

I contacted the customer care but no response.

I purchased Phillip's due to the brand value and I would like to bring to your notice the not only your product but also customer service has deteriorated.

I will be taking this issue ti consumer court for harassment as two years ago an iron was purchased of your so called branch and that is also faulty.
Please stop making products you are unable to service.

I will take a compensation from the court regarding this matter from Philips.
