Philips India — Mixer Grinder Service Delayed for Over a Month No Response from Philips India // Service Request no: AP[protected]

I had submitted my Philips Mixer Grinder at an authorized service center in India on 28th May due to a functional issue. It has now been over a month, and the product is still not repaired or returned. Every time I call the service center, I am told to wait "4 more days, " with no actual progress.

Despite multiple follow-ups via phone and email, and even tagging Philips India and its senior executives (including the CEO and service manager) through Emails and X (Twitter), I have not received any concrete response or resolution.

This delay has caused extreme mental stress and inconvenience, especially since I rely on the product for daily use. I have also raised a formal complaint with the Consumer Forum, but Philips has still not taken any action.

I am seeking:

Immediate resolution or replacement of the product.

A formal apology and clarification on the delay.

Compensation for mental agony, time loss, and poor service.

Philips India’s service experience has been deeply disappointing and unprofessional. I request urgent action on this grievance.
