Philips India — No customer service by philips

I had purchased Philips air fryer in feb 2024 and within a year plastic of the basket broke and I called the customer care for the service request. After multiple calls and follow ups, technician visited after 5 days and informed that basket needs to be replaced (which I already knew). He informed me that it will take a week and costs Rs 2500 and Rs 200 delivery fee. Even after a week there is no sign of the technician. On contacting the customer care all that they say is “ we have forwarded your concern to the respective team and issue will be resolved in 24hrs”. This is the worst customer service I have ever come across.
