Philips India — No response to queries

I am interested in Philips speakers. PHILIPS Audio MMS2625B 2.1 Channel, Bluetooth connectivity, Wired.

I have a few technical queries. I raised the request on Philips Av website.
After a few days they asked for more details which I provided.
Then again there was no response. When I followed up they said the case is now with sales team and they will contact me soon.

It's been over 5 days and there's no response.
Sadly it's a simple query but info is not available on product page.
It's bad that Philips has no customer centricity and they do not know what they have designed.
