Philips India — Pathetic service centre, looting money in name of service, no refund given, faulty products given | |||
Today on 30/3/21 i went to Philips service centre (Service junction ) address- Opp. vishal megamart near ICICI bank Z-8, Zone-1 MP Nagar, Bhopal ([protected]/[protected] to get a replacement of my philips trimmer charger. They supplied me with a local charger that too was faulty. Also the cord length was not sufficient to use comfortably. I went home and found these issues. On the same day 30/3/21 within 2hrs of my purchase of the charger i went back to the service centre to get a refund as the charger was of no use to me. They denied me for a refund even after delivering a faulty product. Also they didn't provided me with the bill, later on when i asked about bill they just provided me with a sheet of paper without any particular about the sold goods and only the price (see attached image). What a unprofessional behaviour by these bunch of fools. I am complaining about the faulty and local products given to people in the name of philips and also not providing with the refund if the problem is from their end.
