Ticket: 3806811 ] RModel GC6815/26 under warranty not working after repair. Complaint number is[protected] dated 1/3/2015
I spoke toMr Mirza Altaf who is based out of Hyderabad & Mr Kiran who is in charge of service center at Kukatpally (
2) It is confirmed by Mr Kiran that the unit is not functioning properly & he cannot do anything further* I need to contact Philips only.
3) Mr Mirza advised me to deposit the machine at Mahalaxmi Electronics who repaired it first time. (He is one hour drive from my place). Mr Mirza said that service will be done at Mahalakshmi & he will ensure that product which works will be delivered to me after through testing
4) I will be deposited the product (which is not working for last 2 months & serviced twice by changing motor & pump ) to Mahalaxmi Electronics one week back
5) Except for standard formatted cut & paste mails & responses over phone & twitter, there has been no support so far from Consumer Experience Specialist, Philips Home Appliances
6) Mr Subham Mr Ohsin and Mr Johny, Mr Naushad & Mr Ajay are few persons from call center that I contacted so far in addition to Mr Arun of Mahalaxmi & other persons mentioned in the mail above. There are numerous complaints & reference number
