Philips India — Quality issue - worst service

I bought a philipshl1659 food processor, about two year ago. And from the beginning it had issues, i contacted philips & asked them to replace the faulty product within 3 months, which they out rightly rejected.

I also bought a philips grooming kit plus which is worthless as well, not working anymore. Waste of money

There is a reason i paid extra money and opted for philips brand when there were other brands available in the market for a cheaper price with better quality.

I was an to buy philips when there were other brands in market, thinking its a good brand with great service?

When i took the food processor for service center in rajajinagar with in a few months of purchasing, i thought warranty means it would be serviced free of cost, but after servicing they charged around 400 rs, stating that parts are not covered.

I also submitted a request in philips website a few months back no reply what so ever.

I need philips to take responsibility on this and take back the faulty products of theirs.

Philips is not a trusted brand anymore.

I request the concerned authority to do some quality checks on brands.

PHILIPS 6 days still no update and no one bothered to call & check as well. What a service, !
