[Resolved]  Philips India — Service complaints not attended for over 3 months

hello We are a company in Kalyaninagar Pune. we had procured Philips Tvs for office use. I had registered complaints for two Philips tvs with customer care (complaint number ppun28140011 and ppun[protected]). This was done around August 7th. Till date, the local service center guys are not respoding to our calls and if they pick up, they keep on giving future dates of service.
