I have purchased one Philips Home Theatre System (Model No. HTB3510/94 & Serial No. KX1A[protected]) on 23.08.2014 from QRS Retail Ltd, Karamana, Trivandrum dist, Kerala. In July, 2021, remote controller of the system was damaged accidentally beyond repair. I approached Philips Customer Care Centre in Trivandrum for replacement. For the last one year the Manager of the service centre dilly-dallied and kept me in dark. Finally I decided to raise the issue, so I contacted Philips Customer Care number ([protected]) on June 11, 2022 and registered a complaint (Service Request No. 740782). I received a SMS whuch states that the task has been assigned to Mass Solutions, Trivandrum ([protected]). However, did not contact me so far. Besides, my efforts to contact them was a futile exercise. I am unable make use of the Home Theatre System for the last one year as Remote Controller is absolutely necessary for operating the gadget.
