I ordered redmi 4a on the festive eve of diwali (19th oct).. As they offered for 5999/- till now no response from their end.
Before ordering i called them asked details they responded but after placing order they never turned back, i think this is a plan of company to cheat the customers in such a way.

Now they are displaying message "please check your email you get your tracking details by tonight."
No response on mail/call/chat.. This website is gone case.
We need to lodge a complaint in cyber crime police station to get our money back.
