Phone Duniya — redmi 4 / product did not receive till date

I ordered id 155327 a mobile redmi 4 (4gb+64gb) on 24.10.2017 & paid payment rs. 8, 499/- through phonepe. The order did not receive me till date. I have informed many times through mail, but no response instead of receive a message every time " we will came back soon. Their customers care no. [protected] disconnect after one long beep, so i request you to kindly look into the matter & this issue. Thanks. Regards
