Dear Sir, I have ordered Redmi 4A (3GB +32GB) worth rupees 5999 by www.phoneduniya.com on 24/10/2017. My order ID is 152831, after that conform order, the website is not responding. Their toll free no [protected] is showing off and there is no getting reply of online chat I had to times done. They are not delivering the product. As of now displaying false notice in their website. As being promise by website they will give the tracking details but nothing has happened to till now. After that over all have calculated the website is fraud and I would like to request you that please revert my paid my amount as I have most needed either arrange the product. I have booked an order ID : 155327 dated 24.10.217 for Mobile Redmi 4 & payment Rs. 8, 499/- paid through phonepe, but order not received till date. I seems the website is fraud & bogus because its customer care no. [protected] is disconnect afer long beep. So i request you kindly refund my money. Now his website is closed.
