Phoneduniya — fraud company took money but not deliver the phone

I ordered redimi 4a on 21/10/17 of rs 5999 after discuss with the customer care of phoneduniya but till yet i hadnt get the phone even not received the tracking id whenever i tried to contact on their cutomer care no phone hungs after one ring and they are ot resonding on online chats and mails.
There is a fake informatio on their site i. E. There call centers are udrading thatswhy and active from friday.
My order id is 143972
I have make payment through phonepay app and it was mentioned that we will get 15% cash back also bt didnt received.
At the time of payment it was written that payment made in favor of sripati infracon pvt ltd and [protected]@axisbank
Help me to get my phone or get my money.
