I ordered redmi note 4 on the festive eve of diwali (23th oct).. As they offered for 9499/- till now no response from their end.
I think this is a plan of company to cheat the customers in such a way.

Now they are displaying message "please check your email you get your tracking details by tonight."
No response on mail/call/chat.. This website is gone case.
We need to lodge a complaint in cyber crime police...

I ordered redmi 4a worth rupees 5999 from phoneduniya.com on 22/10/2017. My order id is 144720, after confirming order the website is not responding. Their toll free no is off also there is no reply of mail. They are not delivering the product. Everyday they display false notice in their website that today they will give the tracking details but nothing has happened till now. Their phone is not reachable. I ordered redimi 4a on 21/10/17 of rs 5999 after discuss with the customer care of phoneduniya but till yet i hadnt get the phone even not received the tracking id whenever i tried to contact on their cutomer care no phone hungs after one ring and they are ot resonding on online chats and mails.
There is a fake informatio on their site i. E. There call centers are udrading thatswhy and active from friday.
