PhonePe — transaction failed from phonepe but money debited

Transaction failed from phonepe of amount 200 but money debited from my account. Also a message is also received from my bank. And the receiver also did't got the money. Many tickets are raised but none of them solved by phonepe. Two screenshots are attached kindly have a look. Bank is saying ask phonepe and phonepe are saying ask bank. I am in a middle of it. What should i do, whom should i complaint to the bank or phonepe. Please solve my problem.

I was make a payment through Phonepe app on 14.09.2019 to AMZN[protected]@apl amounting to Rs. 407/- with transaction ID P1909141200130170369821 but the payment not received by the said user and not get back in my account. in this regard i contact to phonepe app but matter not resolve by them

I have account with phone pe according to your terms and condition I have did first credit card from phone pe offer 1000 R's cash back till date not received after complain so many times . Transaction of R's 8000 #70652937#

I transfered Rs.1000 from my UCO bank S.B. account to ICICI S.B. account by phone pe
in evening today.Rs.1000 deducted from Uco bank account, but not credited in ICICI account.So I am feeling mental disturbance.Please help me to get back Rs
1000 in my account.

It never attend the phone, and online any servies is not availbale, my amount two times cut, so i am not happy, my bill is still pending and cut money from my account, so please refund my cash

Dear sir or madam i transferred amount of rs 7400 from sbi to hdfc account by phone pay app my amount is debited by sbi bank but hdfc bank account is not credited the transaction date is 13th of sep 19th. But 4 days over my amount is not refund please help me to get my refund my amount 7400 rs
