Pick Me — MOBILE REPAIRS AND RETURN | |
I GOT A XOLO MOBILE. AND PICK ME INSURANCE FOR IT. WITHIN SIX MONTHS OF BUYING MOBILE THE CHARGING POINT OF IT WAS DAMAGED AND THE BATTERY USED TO GO OFF EASILY. I COMPLAINT TO PICK ME. THE PERSON FROM PICK ME PROMPTLY CAME AND TOOK THE MOBILE AWAY. THIS WAS DONE ON 30TH OCTOBER 2014. TODAY IS MAY 2015 AND MY MOBILE HAS NOT BEEN YET RETURNED. I CALLED THEM REGULARLY BUT THE CALL CENTRE PERSON TELLS ME THAT IT WILL BE RETURNED WITHIN 10 DAYS. THIS HAPPENS REGULARLY. AND MY MOBILE HAS NOT BEEN RETURNED YET. Was this information helpful? | |
