i mr.prabhakar kudpane mo.no.is[protected] there is screen problem in my samsung mobile model no.s4 9192is collected from my office on18/12/2014 after following so many times on your consumer service no.[protected] no budy is giving proper reply of delivery, i recd message from pick me on31/1/2015 that your claimis approved but till date i not recd my mobile see the matter seriously and take immidiate action. thanks & regrds
