PickMe India — Now its 8 months, pick me not giving my phone back | |||||
My phone - htc desire 616, request no. Of pickme - [protected]-2 Hi, my phone has been picked up by pickme india on 18 august 2015 and till date i did'nt received my handset..From october, i asked them for give me my unrepaired phone back.. On january 7, 2016, they called me and said that your phone is in htc service centre in delhi.They gave me the address and said that take back your unrepaired phone from there. (Location - c 102, first floor, ansal plaza, august kranti marg, hudco place, andrews ganj extension, new delhi, delhi) (Phone no.[protected] When i reached there, the members of htc service centre told me that there is no phone of my registered id of pickme or imei. I called them back and i informed them and then they told me that we have lost your phone so we will give you a new phone. Till date, i didn't get any new phone or any reply from them..They just give me new dates like always. Now its 8 months and my approval is still pending. I'm living without smartphone since 8 months because i don't have enough money to buy a new phone. :'( I need help.. If anybody can help, contact me on - [protected] Thank you. The phone is been damaged due to a accident..I cannot connect to the company it's becoming difficult for me now as my mobile is gonna complete 1 year of warrenty...so I request the company people to contact me...
The pick me india insurance company take my phone since 5 oct 2015 . they tell me at that time they will give it in 60 days .but they did not give it to me and not taken any action about it .every time i call to them they always said that give just 15 days.but not do anything.so please help me to get my phone back.its a iphone5s of 40000 rs.

I have submitted phone in jan and has been more than 3 months there progress report about my phone and if we call your customer care they say it will need 2 more months... But in your policy it was mentioned that we will get phone back in 45 days... with due respect please take some serious action..

Pick Me — Mobile handset htc 620g
I given a mobile handset htc 620g for repairing due to water damage. but after 5 months their is no responce from pick me service. when i call them they told me next date. this happen from last 3 months. pls do the needful as soon as possible.
