My cell sony xperia c3 was damaged due to accident on 9 the April 2016 .we call ur customer care on the same day ur customer care told that we will come n pick ur cell..but many days past away and he don't come .we call ur customer many time they give me some date .but can't follow the promises.literally it happens 4\5 times ur Buddy don't came.last time we call him on 1 st of may .he told in very good manner that he will come pick ur cell on 20 th may .but today is 21 st may and as usually he don't came ..so I want a good response from ur company .and send a buddy to receive my damaged cell as fast as possible as you can Was this information helpful? | |||||
