Hello The Display of my mobile Samsung S3 was broken and had given my mobile for the same.The following are the details for the same I have not received my mobiles even after more than 1 month of me giving the same. I have repeatedly called your customer care and they keep on giving me reply " will be ready by next week " this has been going on for the last 4 weeks. I have faced severe mental agony because of the callous attitude of yours. I was last told that the handset shall be in 10 days time... this is the last time that i can give you, as this have reached the limit of my patients. I shall further have to take legal action if the matter is not resolved in the stipulated time frame give by you.
