Kind Attn, Customer Care Officer, My Self Deepali Santosh Bhatlavande, I have Purchased One IDEA 3G Smart phone in Nov. 2014, It was not working before some days, that's why I decided to take your doorstep service for getting repaired my handset. Your Representative Picked up my Handset on 11 th of June 2015, From the next week of that I am taking follow up for the status but I am not getting the proper answer. First of all I can't get any of your customer care officer on my my call as your lines are so BUSY! And after a tremendous try try to call you, when i found someone to talk, your representative every time tell me that I have to wait for 4-5 days, On last Thursday one Lady from your end told me that it takes total 21 days to get back your Mob.after repairing, today its 20 days you had picked up my mob. And Today your customer care officer is telling me that one week is still required to repair the mob. In the Last WEEK I had got a msg, that my Device has been dropped to a Service Center called "Suraj Technologies" Next Day When I called on given Ph. No. the person denied that he has got any device of me.It is very disappointing. I don't think you people can give any good service to your customer, So Why are you telling the people that you are giving DOORSTEP SERVICE TO US? I am very much FED UP with your POOR SERVICE. I just Want MY CELL PHONE BACK if it has not been repaired yet then also I want you to STOP your SERVICE to STOP and PLEASE RETURN MY CELL PHONE BACK TO ME IMMEDIATELY. I just want to remind you that No one has so much time to follow up you for Mobiles, OUR time has also some Value. THIS MAIL I HAVE SENT YOU ON 01.07.15 AND STILL THERE IS NO ACTION TAKEN. In the last week your another employee assured me that "You will get your device on Monday or Tuesday (i.e. 13.07.15 OR 14.07.15) But when I called on Tuesday your yet another employee told me that he inquired about my mob and he told me that they will deliver my Mob in the "First week of AUGUST 2015" WHAT A GREAT SERVICE !!! IF IT IS NOT POSSIBLE FOR YOU TO GET MY MOB. REPAIRED PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE RETURN IT TO ME. I WILL DO SOMETHING, YOU NEED NOT WORRY. THIS IS FINAL MAIL I AM SENDING, I AM GOING TO LAUNCH A WRITTEN COMPLAINT AGAINST YOUR COMPANY IN CONSUMER FORUM ON 17-07-15, THEN YOU WILL GET A RETURN NOTICE FROM THEM AND YOU HAVE TO ANSWER THEM. I DON'T THINK YOU PEOPLE WILL TAKE ANY ACTION AGAINST IT AS I HAVE EXPERIENCE. SO BE PREPARED FOR CONSUMER COURT.
