Pickme — Very Ridiculous Response | |||
I purchased sony xperia m2 mobile from 8th November. Display screen was damaged & this in warranty & guarantee also… 10th November called to your customer care & one person came to me on 12th December but now we are standing on 16th December & his name was Manish ([protected]@pickmeindia.com, [protected]@hotmail.com ), he told me with in 10 days this problem will resolved & after 10 days I will give your mobile with new display bcoz this is in guarantee. So, this is very ridiculous response from your company, it will leads to consumer court surely… I am decided to go to consumer court may be day after tomorrow when you are not respond my mail. I have all originals regarding my phone. Already i sent mails(7-dec-2014) to those guys what i mentioned mail id's. but i didn't get any response. Was this information helpful? | |||

No no sir, fist off all I m really sorry for that but it is not like that we are not cheated you because now a days every people think like that but its is not true resesion behind we want every facility gate a customer because if customer getting a service properly than he will relation with the company. I sure sir plz believe of my company service I requeset don, t go for court we will solf your problems.
