Pickmeindia — No responce regarding phone repair/replacement

Hi

52 Days have passed till date I have not received the phone back in my hand. I was assured by your executives that I will be receiving the phone on 7th of March 2015 .On not receiving the same I called up your executives on and they assured me the same will be delivered by 10th March on not receiving the device yesterday evening I again called up the customer care today morning and again I got assurance from them that today evening it will be surely delivered . On calling them right now to ask about my status I get a reply saying that my camera part is not available in the service centre and the same will take 2 more days . My phone was submitted to the service centre on 27th January 2015 (Photo Attached ) do you expect me to believe that the service centre couldn't arrange for the part since last 44 days. Why have your people being making fake assurance that the device will be delivered ? Not even once have your executives ever stayed up to their words each and every time all I have got is fake promises and fake commitment have lost my patience now and I cannot wait any further. Please let me know if I would be getting my phone back or do I have to go the legal way to get my phone back from frauds like you'll.

delivery not given since 3 months

i have given my mobile xolo q 1000 for repairing before 3 months and it is not delivered to me till now, , , very very bad service of pick me India...these company dint kept its promise of giving any devices within 8 days...
