I have purchased online jacket with Invoice No.: INV[protected] & Order ID: #20007 and paid online 1079 through freecharge.in on 30th Nov'16.
TSX handed over to Pickrr.com & as per attached snapshot it reached to my city Pune bt by the same it returned stating that "Your Order got refused - RTO "

I don't understand all that happen with me as nobody has contacted me & if item is not deliverable at my location (Pin 410506) then why they booked my package & took my money.

Also I'm contacting with them over phone & requesting to return my amount, but they are not responding & also not giving any assurance to deliver my product.

So I need my Product or Money within 2-3 days i.e. max by 10th Dec'16

    The above product while recieving today is damaged and we contacted the above number but no response. we have already paid the money. please resolve the problem. i want my money back or the right product to be delivered as early as possible. Please take necessary action against this fraud companies.
