Pigeon Appliances / Stovekraft — delay in service and providing spares | |||
My pigeon favourite ic 1800 w induction cook top on november 2019. I have bought it through flipkart on july 2019. I have raised complaint in flipkart and they forwarded me stovekraft contact details to raise complaint to them. I have raised complaint in december. But till today no service has been provided from stovekraft despite of continuous followup. The product is within the warranty period. Due to the delay of stovekraft i have lost ₹ 626 in last month taking ₹ 760 for one lpg cylinder and 11.7 kg per month consumption of a household. Hoping necessary action as soon as possible.
