Pigeon — glass top 2 burner gas stove | |
1 year back we booked pigeon gas glass top for my sister through snap deal... Yesterday night it was suddenly blasted and glass broken into tiny pieces... After hearing this I checked the manual clearly there is ISI standard.. Means it's manufacturing and following the ISI stds... Then how it is suddenly broken?? Meaning is this pigeon company cheating the people by name of ISI... I called customer care... They given very rash response and saying that for glass top no warranty... I said strongly here warranty is not an issue... How could you manufacture the stove with out proper standards... No reply... She responded very care less... And finally said that she will register a compliant and the service person will come and replace the glass top for the charge... I argued why should we pay?? In this incident any one injured means who will take responsibility?? Mistake is their side and not ready to replace the gas stove and asking charges for changing the glass...manufacture the products carefully... Otherwise plz close ur business
