Pinelabs — cashback not received

Respected sir / ma’am,

I want to inform you that i bought a mobile phone “samsung galaxy s7 edge” from
Reliance digital, a-47, city mall, ipia road no. 3, jhalawar road, kota, rajasthan 324005
Dated 10/july/2017. Which was under offer to give me cashback back of rs 10, 000 within 90 days,
But i have not received the same yet
The company pinelabs is not giving me any satisfactory answer
I have sent many mails but the mails which they perovide me on which my are also not dilivering
