Piyush Goyal — change of gender in reservation

Sir pl.help I am travelling with my wife two small daughther by mistake my gender got wrongly selected rest two is right I called on irctc helpline they didnot helped they told to go to railway counter
With id proof i went there with id proof
They didnot helped ..my pnr no. Is [protected] travel date 2 nov pl. Help sir
What can i do pl. Consider my case please
