Pizza Hut India — Amount debited and order not completed ,refund issue | |||||
Dear sir/ madam I am ashish Kumar from Chandigarh. I have ordered online pizza from pizza hut on 10/12/16 of 686.12 rupees. But order not completed successfully and payment deducted from my paytm wallet. I have called to customer care of pizza hut and they said I have not received any order from my contact no. So pl. Order again and this amount will refunded to your account automatically. And then I have ordered again by my credit card. I have not received my money yet and I contacted to payment also they said from my side payment was successful. Kindly rectify my problem as soon as possible. and order was not delivered to me. worst part is that they didn't give me my money back too.
It's past 30 working days still i am just getting no response.
