Pizza Hut India — Amount debited, but delivery denied & refund not processed | |||||
Hi, I placed an order with pizza hut, aliganj, lucknow on 4th sept at around 8pm india time and immediately an amount of rs, 845 got debited from my paytm account. I then noticed the order has been unsuccessful so i placed the order again and yet again rs.845 got debited from my paytm account for the 2nd time. After few minutes, i received a call from pizza hut guys saying that they cannot deliver the order, not sure why, if the system has accepted the order for delivery in a given pin code and the same center has delivered to out home earlier too! It is 10 days now, and so far both the debits have not been reversed. Can i kindly ask pizza hut to take this seriously - 1. Why there is no intimation and amount not reversed even after 10 days? 2. How can your centers deny delivery? I ordered this on my dad's birthday and after all this drama ultimately ordered from domino's, who never create this scene in our area.
