Pizza Hut India — Amount Deducted but order not booked

We placed an order on 29th September 2025, the amount 2329 got deducted from our account but the order is not confirmed. and there is no contact number mentioned in the site to give complaint.

can you please suggest why the site is working super fast until our money gor deducted and after that suddenly site is getting stuck. and how many days the money will get refunded
