Pizza Hut India — Amount got deducted but order, did not get confirmed and no confirmation from pizza hut | |||||
I ordered pizza online on 15 aug 2016 and i paid it by net banking of kotak bank My amount get deducted but i did not get any confirmation for order. Sometime later i received a mail like this. "dear ayaan Sincere apologies as we noticed you were trying to place an order which could not go through.in case your money has been debited, please be assured that it will be refunded back. Request to please try placing the order via “cash-on-delivery” as our payment gateway service provider might be facing an outage." I confirm it from pizza hut customer care then they replied that i will get Refund after 12 days. My email from bank, "as requested, rs. 471.64 has been debited from your account no. Xx9566 on 15-aug-16 through kotak mahindra payment gateway vide ref no. [protected]." Was this information helpful? | |||||
